Works well on bottom fish. Great bait!
Very good fish bait for Spot and Croaker. Lasts a good while on the hook and Catches most bottom fish. Not bothered by crabs. Reasonable price. Keeps well in my tackle box and is ready to use wit ho preparation.

It’s a money saver bait
Last longer on the hook, than the real thing. Works just as well. But for way less money. Catches fish just the same way.

Great Bloodworm Alternative
I have to say these are very effective bloodworm alternatives. I got tired of paying $21.00 for a few bloodworms that lasted only a few days. And I only needed them for one day. They stay on the hook and remain fresh as long as the bag they come in is tightly sealed

Good addition to fish
These Fish-Bite strips are a good addition to your tackle box. I can't say that I catch more with them versus other baits but the results are similar. Pros: No odor and no need to refrigerate. Mesh within the strips holds to hook which lasts through multiple casts and fish strikes. Cons: Mesh makes it a pain to remove from hook when you are done. Strips become gooey after being exposed to the water for a bit and are messy to handle afterwards.

It’s like dope for fish! I use it for surf fishing. It tends to catch anything. Pompano and King fish love it! I wish the price was lower.

I fish a lot and these are one of my go to baits. Stays on the hook, even after multiple catches. Love Fishbites!

Fish love this stuff
I think salt water fish will eat anything that resembles food when they are feeding. I have used many variations of these strips and they really do seem to attract fish. On a recent trip both my wife and I were bottom fishing with vertical jigs. To test these, we put fish strips on her jig, nothing on mine. She could not get to the bottom without a hook up. For my jig, with no fish strip, took 2 or 3 bounces off the bottom to get a hook up. FWIW, my no strip jig seemed to get bigger fish. What species? Black sea bass, snapper sizeblues , weakfish, and scup. The product with the mess works well, and lasts, but its a bit tough to get onto your hook. Just be careful. Overall good stuff, more convenient than natural bait. How about Prime shipping?

At $22 CAD$ per package it was rather expensive compared to other baits on the market but it works. I cut a small 1 or 2 inch strip and place it on my Lake Trout spoon hook and I've been having success. I do find that the water softens the bait and it will slide off more easily, so securing it on the hook is a must. Overall, paying more than I normally would, I'm satisfied.
