Urban Ladder Robert Recliner (Colour : Carafe Brown Fabric)

The recliner pretty much broke within 2 months. The back gave off and it sagged to one side. Panel at the back came off. That would have been ok of the customer service had responded.After numerous calls and follow ups, the response is that Amazon can't do anything, Cloudtail (the Middleman who sources it via urban ladder) is not responding and Urban Ladder says we can't do anything as the area you live in it is not serviced by us. Don't buy this recliner for the poor quality and poor customer service. Also, Amazon should be sued for putting out false promises and selling sub standard stuff on its site.

I bought this recliner directly from Urban Ladder in March 2016, so this can be considered a year(and a half) review. This is a comfortable recliner, yes, but if you are looking for longetivity, I suggest you look elsewhere. The leatherette material on the recliner is not of a very good quality, and has started peeling off(pics attached). Basically it is peeling on the wrinkles that form where we rest our head.The seat has started sagging on one side as well. I understand that some sagging of cushions might be extecpected with use, but am disappointed that it has shown in just a year.And the recliner is out of warranty now(12 months warranty), so all I can do is post disgruntled rants on the internet (thank you Amazon for the reviews section) and caution prospective buyers.

Product weight must be about 15 kgs rather than 42 kg (without packaging) as indicated by the box. My 4 year old toppled it while closing the foot rest.The leatherette chips easily.Good comfort, okay support.This product makes you feel 'itna paisa mein itna hi aayega' and 'that you should have gone for cheapest options to buy the recliner'

I so wish I would have read the reviews before ordering this product :(. This is my second recliner purchase (the other one was a different product and is in perfectly fine condition).The leatherette is of poor quality and is starting to crack within the warranty period. The threading also had started coming out (refer to the pics attached)When I reached out to Urban Ladder, they claim its a usage issue!! They are not willing to cover this under warranty and are asking for paid service for further assistance (another scam to extract more money from customer and not accepting the poor quality of the product). When I looked for reviews of the product recently, I saw there are others who have faced similar poor quality issues.Requesting Amazon to please look into this and de-list the seller, manufacturer as it impacts Amazon's credibility of partnering with sellers who focus on quality and keep up their commitments (of warranty). Not sure if Amazon would be able to help here to get this repaired/refunded! But posting this so that others are careful before their purchase from the seller/manufacturer.

Brought it on 24th. Jan'19. Comfort is okay. However main culprit of the poor review are the hand cushions. See the pictures for details. Not worth it. Atlease to buy online
