Dobrenski....here is some info from the Seagate Products website about their Lemon capsules and powder...apparently the lemons are sourced from the interior valleys of the Baja California area.  History: Lemons are believed to have originated in India or China. Lemons have been principally used for their juice, and as an ingredient in cooking and baking. I am thinking about using this product because I’m concerned about using lemon water on my teeth. How many lemons are in a capsule ?

The lemon powder contained in the capsules is made from the entire lemon -- the juice, pulp, seeds, zest and skin.  (So this is not lemonade which is water, sugar and some lemon.) Since lemons come in a large range in sizes, there is no specific measure in terms of how many lemons equal one capsule.  However, based upon the yield we get from processing and freeze-drying the lemons, a more exact measure is that one capsule (500 mg. of lemon powder) comes from approx. 5,000 mg. of raw whole lemon.
