Love this. It helps suppress my appetite and keeps me focus and calm. 1kg should last at least 2 months. I get two cups out of 3 full tablespoons. It has no smell and taste good. I have similar teas that are holistic but high in quality and this has the same quality. I recommend to all.

This was may first purchase of Yerba mate and wasn't sure what It would taste like, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have heard great things about the health benefits from this stuff. I found the taste to be earthy and smelt reassuringly healthy. I didn't bother with the gourd, and used a French press coffee pot instead. This worked well. As for the health benefits, I will continue with my two cups a day and see how I progress. I did find I had to sieve the contents, as there was a lot of dust in the packet, therefore it's 4* from me folks.

I love Yerba tea. I wasn't sure if I'll like it but it is pleasantly good.
