Power Functions 2.0 Powered UP Bluetooth Remote control, Battery hub and Train Motor Kit from 60197 and 60198

Works well but is horribly overpriced. Given you can spend £10 more and get a whole passenger train, track and a few other pieces (60197), why on earth would you pay this much?
