My grandson’s loved these. I wasn’t sure as they live in a different state but they love them.

I purchased two of these fory kids. They rode them one day. Scuffed the bottoms of both. They had a great time. That night we charged them but the next day, only the one would turn on. Having two allowed me to try both chargers. Neither charger made a difference. I checked the power button and it is fine. I checked the power was making it to the circuit board and that was fine. Due to the kids scratching the bottom having ran it one time, I decided to take it apart and see if there was obvious damage because I assume that even if I return it, there would be an accusation that we damaged it. Nothing was obviously damaged. The batter has approximately 30V but the unit will not turn on. Again, the switch is fine and using my voltmeter I can trace the power from a wall charger going all the way to the control board. At this point I assume that the battery is no good. At this point I am going to contact H1 to see if I can get a replacement battery.

We bought one for our 10 year old for Christmas. Daddy charged it up the reccomended time and we wrapped an empty box for under the tree. Christmas day, it would die as soon as unplugged, no matter what we tried. Emailed Amazon and they sent a replacement immediately and refunded once the original was dropped off at a UPS office to be returned. Second one arrived right away and charged right up. It has lights and connects to Bluetooth so the kids love riding it while playing their favorite songs. We live on a dairy farm and it goes on the gravel driveway, paved barn floors and across yards and pastures. We will be buying two more for the younger siblings.

Hoverboard has held up well - charging takes several hours(6-7 hrs) but decent run time. Kiddo uses this indoors only even though its rated for outdoors so your experience may vary. Bluetooth works as well. Has 90 day manufacturer warranty!

My daughter loves hers she got For her bday back in June 2020. However I’ve had to make an insurance claim since then and now purchase a whole different board for Xmas 2020. The plug in for the charger on the device is horrible. I don’t know why the charging port design would be made with 3 very thin prongs that have to be line up with the charger to be plugged in....I’m an adult and I’ve had trouble plugging in the charger, the prongs bending and it lining up and currently (Dec 2020) one of those thin prongs broke off completely so I can’t charge it anymore. My little brother kind of rigged it someway to charge after I spent another $200 on a whole new one. Besides the charging issue( which is a big issue) it works perfectly and it’s very pretty and music sounds great. Battery life isn’t so good, she might get an hour the most before it starts dying but that could also be because of my charging port issues. I have already made an insurance claim with Ausuron over the summer, I have to find out if I’m able to make another again.

We ordered a hoverboard (not this one) that came in defective. Last minute I ordered this one. Once we received it it did not turn on and it did not work right and would not charge so I asked Amazon to send me a replacement and they did. And now this one same thing it is not working it is not charging correctly it is defective and that's the second one. Both of them when I plugged them into charge the light stays green and it is not red as it should be and it did not turn on out the box. It also will not turn on if it's not plugged in. Amazon is doing really well trying to help me with this issue but do not get this hoverboard. This is supposed to be my daughter's big Christmas program and I did some research and decided on this one after the original one I bought did not work.

My daughter loves this! Lots of fun. She's able to ride it easily.

The hoverboards colors are beautiful and the Bluetooth speaker that is connected via a mobile device is great. It’s fast enough for a child five to ten years old. It goes about 8 MPH. The only negative is that the battery-life could be better. It was a great gift for my eight year-old daughter, she loved it!

I ordered 2 Hover-1 Helix - Paid retail price. Delivery was fast. The Camo one was Abspluetly used - ripped packaging, scratches all over the board and some rocks in the tires. The Galaxy was was brand new and still in packagung BUT it wouldn't even charge. I also tried using the other boards charger and still flashing red/green light. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed. If I wanted a used item then I'd like a used price. Not cool Amazon!

This board worked for all of 30 mins and was our daughters big gift this Christmas. We went through support to troubleshoot the problems and sent them several videos of how it was not working and then they just stopped responding. I was happy we bought it on Amazon and were able to facilitate a return and order a different brand.
