These are great vitamins and they are at a better price here than at my local health store. They help my husband to have more energy, they don't smell bad, and they are easy for him to take. These multi-vitamins are easy on your stomach and gave me energy and a bit of focus throughout the day. I have been taking these for a few years and really like them.

Recently working a new position at work, I felt I needed support, age 60. The vitamins are not like advertised ones on TV or magazines. These seem well made and expect urine to change color to deep green yellow. The body does not retain all nutrients, but I feel better when taking these physically and mentally.
