Amazing tent that is well made and spacious
This tent is the best tent I have ever owned. The Chinese did a great job designing it. It is so simple to set up took me about 10 min tops with another 5 putting on the rain fly. While the rainfly is rated well no tent is completely waterproof. It does great to keep you dry in light showers but heavier rainfall causes the water to begin to seep through and you will get wet and have puddles but like I said that's with all tents. I find spraying water repellent like the one made for shoes adds a bigger line of defense and helps it dry faster after rain so you can easily pack it up and not get your pack wet. I recommend getting 2 amazon basic 5x10 waterproof tarps they are very affordable and well made. You can place one under your tent to help protect from holes and you can tie one above your tent to keep you dry in heavy rain and it offers shade. If you are a couple or share your tent with a friend I recommend you pay a few extra bucks and get the 4 person tent. It's very light and fits in your pack or tied to the outside at the top or bottom. I can wait to try out all tents and equipment. Yo won't be disappointed and by getting a 4 person tent you have plenty o room to store your packs coolers and any gear you may have.

Great quality, easy up, easy to pack, compact storage
So impressed with this tent. We use it for camping in camp grounds. It perfectly holds a full size mattress pad. My husband and I fit comfortably in it and have space for bags. It goes up quickly and packs up easily in a tiny bag. I can’t emphasize how compact the bag is and how great the quality is for the price. Our son has a much more expensive tent and the quality appears to be the same. I recommend also buying the footprint.

Good Tent For Motocamping
I took this tent on two moto camping trips, one to the Appalachians and the other to the Texas Hill country, and it performed amazing. Easy setup, reasonably ventilated rain fly, and no rips in the seams or in the fabric other than a tear in the mesh fabric because I messed up. That being said, the jersey material they use to guide the tent poles and hold the tent up takes some getting used to. A better design would be metal clips or maybe rubber loops, but at the end of the day, you get used to it and can set the tent up fairly quickly, even when it's 12 at night and you just did 600 miles on a motorcycle. If you get this tent, what I have found to be the best way to set it up is to slide both poles through their guides, then anchor them into the corners. The mesh jersey material hangs up and the poles will go through the fabric. The rain fly clips into the base corners which was nice and easy, but I could imagine a problem should the clip break. Great product. Highly recommend.

Great for the price, a little tight for 2 people but will work
UPDATE: used this for a backpacking trip and it worked great. Easy to unpack and pack back, fits nicely back into the bag. The poles go through mesh sleeves instead of hooks, which is irritating and takes a little longer, but for $55 I’m not complaining. My husband was able to carry the entire tent by himself, but it had to be strapped to the outside of his pack. Biggest problem we had was it was a little short. We had some condensation in our tent and my husband’s sleeping bag got soaked at the feet because it was rubbing against the tent wall all night, so if you’re on the taller side you might want to look for a longer tent (his 6’3” and has a “long” sleeping bag). Overall I’m happy with it. I’ll probably upgrade to a lighter tent eventually but this works for now. I haven't used this tent in the field yet but I just put it up on my deck to try it out. Fairly easy to put up, easier with two people. It is a true 2 person tent, meaning 2 and ONLY 2 people could fit in here, and only of both people are on the small to average range in sizes (or perhaps a larger person and a much smaller person). The picture is the tent with our sleeping pads in it. They aren’t inflated, but you can see that they just BARELY fit. Definitely will not be able to put our packs in with us, they will have to go in the vestibules. For reference, the green pad is the Big Agnes Q-Core SLX petite, and the yellow one is the Paria Recharge XL. The Paria looks like it is going to be a tight fit length-wise. If you’re wanting some extra breathing room for two people, get a 3 person tent. But this is fine for 2 people who don’t mind being, uh, very close. Or very comfortable for 1 person with lots of gear, but it would be a little heavy for 1 person to carry alone. If you’re looking for a ultra lightweight tent this is not going to be it, but for the price I am pretty astounded at the quality of the tent. My husband will split the carrying weight between us and it will be fine. We will eventually upgrade to a lighter, more expensive tent in the future but for the price this tent can’t be beat. I will update this review after we actually use the tent.

Excellent tent for the price!
I’ve taken this tent on several backpacking trips and it’s been solid. It’s lightweight and easy to use. I love that it has two doors which have been handy the times I’ve shared a tent. I have used it in cooler temperatures and tropical climates and it’s held up well. For the price it’s obviously not a lifetime tent, but I’ve used at least 30 times (putting up and down) over the past few years and it’s been great. I definitely recommend purchasing the footprint/groundsheet to protect the bottom against any sticks and rocks on the ground. The bug netting isn’t the highest quality material, so be sure to always pin the Velcro doors back properly when leaving them open. I also spray it with waterproofing once a year, which I would do to any tent. I have a small hole at a seam where the bug netting and zipper meet that developed after about 20 uses and is most likely my fault. I put some strapping tape on that spot months ago and have had no issues of it getting bigger. My only complaint about the tent is the material you put the poles through has tiny holes so you do have to be diligent about putting it together without damaging anything, but you should be taking care of your equipment anyway.

Great Tent for the Price!
This has been a great tent for the price. For a freestanding tent, this one comes in at around 4 1/2 pounds which is not too shabby. The poles feel like they are sturdy and the stakes are very lightweight. The rainfly gives you 2 vestibules both of which are large enough for your backpacks. The fly also comes nearly to the ground which does a lot to protect you and your equipment from rain. There is plenty of floor space for two people and your pads. I slept in there with my teenage sone and had plenty of room. It's easy to put up and was sturdy. There was plenty of ventilation so we didn't have any trouble with condensation. The only thing I can say that would be a con is that it's not super long if you're tall. I'm 6'2" and there are maybe a few inches to work with at your head and feet. I felt like I was trying to stay in the perfect spot so that I wasn't touching the sides with either my feet or head. That being said, it really didn't cause any issues. If you're looking for a backpacking tent that isn't going to break the bank, this one is definitely one to look at.

Great for price
Took this to Havasu falls. It rained a lot. The rain stayed out, but some condensation does build up on walls. If you leave clothes against the wall, they will be slightly wet. My only issue is the middle velcro on the door kept getting stuck to the “screen door” and will eventually put a hole in it. We will likely cut the middle Velcro off, so it does not ruin it over time. This 2 person tent fit me, my small daughter and my very large husband for one night. However, the two person tent is perfect and slightly roomy for two people. It is easy to put together and put back in the bag unlike some tents. I also wish it had a slightly small foot print to step onto/kneel onto to get into. It was a pain to kneel in and then keep feet out to take shoes off. We will likely take a small tarp next time depending on weight. We took backpacking and cut out the tarp due to weight. Some tents have this and that would have been nice to step onto. It was very difficult getting out and standing up without going into the mud and the stuff our shoes had to be in on our trip.
