OEM black Keypad Button Q10 Keyboard with Flex Cable For BlackBerry Q10 + Tools

This kit did the job except one set of screws on the phone that had to be removed didn't match anything in the kit. I ended up having to fish out a precision phillips head from one of my other kits. Not docking it since I didn't have to buy anything. Replacement process took maybe 30 minutes from start to finish and I had never done it before. Everything worked fine and the included tools were very handy (minus the above noted screw issue). If you don't know how to do the swap, check out the various youtube videos and follow them step by step

Not as depicted. The "y" and "z" keys are transposed and for some reason there is a euro sign in place of the dollar sign. Inspect carefully and be prepared to send it back.

I ordered this part to fix the infamous light-touch key and the also infamous doesn't-work key. After watching the video it was a breeze to fix and I actually had fun doing it but after installation I realized that thekeyboard is not backlit making it very hard to use at night or in dark places.

First the keyboard was exactly right. It works 100%. Secondly, these are NOT the tools needed to do the job. I had to go buy other tools. I recommend just getting the keyboard and buying a more complete precision tools kit.
