Work headphone
I use this for work with my Motorola walkie it functions as expected. I just have small ears and it gets cumbersome after an extended period of time.

Doesn't work with Vocera
I was hoping they would work with Voceras because I hate the short headset I was given for it. It doesn't work with them at all.
