Nice towel ring
Looks good, easy to install, nice finish and color. Has a nice expensive look. I did get better wall anchors; the ones that come with the towel ring are not sufficient to hold up to my kids pulling on it every day.

Beautiful design. Modern, but not without its charm. Easy to install. Nice coordinating items from gatco as well. I think this lacks the heft the product's design implies. I was hoping for something that felt a bit more substantial, but considering the price and finish quality I wouldn't take a star off for that. It's a nice step or two up from the flimsy products you'd find in a big box store and guests think I spent 2-3 times as much on this than I did.

Beautiful elegant towel ring
I love the finish and the shape of the base. They went in a bathroom I renovated for a client and gave her the clean elegant look she desired. I love Gatco as a product.

Squeaky when you move the ring and down.
Squeaky when you move the ring and down. Overall construction quality looks and feels good. Would probably buy something else next time, but the price was really good.

Made our master bathroom look MUCH better
We purchased this towel ring as well as the matching toilet paper holder and robe hook for our master bathroom about 5 months ago. Our local home improvement store had the same set, but at a much higher price. We're very happy with all of the pieces in the set so far. Our bathroom is small, and the towel ring and other pieces don't take up too much space. I love the satin nickel finish, and the design is simple but not too plain. So far we've had no issues with the items, and our bathroom looks much better with them vs. our old hardware. I'd actually like to get another robe hook, because it takes up so little space on the wall but gives a great place to hang something up out of the way.

Easy to Install, very durable.
The product was easy to install and was made of a thicker metal material that didn't make this towel ring feel cheap. Some of the big box stores carry towel rings that have such a thin metal. This one feels durable and will hold up to the use it will get when I have guests over to come visit. The product looks great in my powder bathroom and it matches the Gatco mirror (1561) and toilet paper holder (4243) that I also purchased at the same time. Very simple and modern!

very nice and well made
great towel rings. I bought the towel bar, tissue holder,towel rings and hooks and they are all sturdy, easy to install and look very nice. Very nice that the ring does not bang back into wall after you remove the towel to dry your hands or face (there is some resistance in the ring connection)

I have a number of other items from this range that I have been very happy with but for some reason this towel ring does not fit properly back to the wall which does not look nice.

Don't buy it. I hesitantly purchased this after seeing mixed reviews on Amazon.com. I did what everyone said to do, move the towel ring back and forth before mounting and with ONE movement all the black coating peeled off within 1" of the joint. Sent back the 2 sets of entire bathroom accessories
