I hope it isn't too personal, and I hope I don't get too much kickback, but I've been facing hard times raising a family with as expensive as things are right now, and I don't want to trade my health on cheap food that is bad for me. I make one of these up in the morning when I make my coffee and a couple of eggs for breakfast. I'll throw in a can of chicken or roast beef and it stays warm in the Tupperware. It's forgiving about not being refrigerated until lunchtime at work too. If I eat like this at least 3 days a week, everyone in the house gets what they need, when they need it. Coupled with green tea or water, it's a satisfying meal with good flavor.

Best taste for the price and easy to make. Love the meal suggestions too
