When it’s able to get a network connection it’s great but it seems to have a problem booting up sometimes. I would rate it higher, unfortunately I have to unplug it ,and plug it back in far to many times . I usually don’t buy the first generation for this reason. It’s a good product, but it has some kinks to work out.

In therory Great, Working not so GreatI have had this for a little over a month. It only connects to Amazon about 10% of the time I have used it. Almost every time I get in my vehicle it wants me to reconnect the app to my Amazon account. It should do this automatically, I should not have to do this...

Had trouble downloading contacts from my phone therefore couldn't make calls since no contacts were on my infotainment system. Used this device to make calls since it accessed contacts directly from phone. One caveat, you must set your infotainment system to bluetooth for the device to use your car speakers.

Dosen't support spotify. Pretty much useless. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Will not connect to Spotify. Keeps cutting out, won’t determine location (even after I adjusted location settings) save your money.UPDATE: Anker customer support reached out to me and recognizes that there is an issue with this particular model, I sent it back and got a refund. Anker customer support is sending me the updated model complimentary. Hopefully the new model will be better. 5 stars for customer service from Anker.

I was a bit disappointed when I had bought this item due to how limiting it was. The biggest downside for me is that it doesn't work with Spotify. It also won't pause/play/skip local media on your phone similar to how a regular echo device would if you had it paired over Bluetooth. I had trouble finding much use for this outside of being a phone charger. But after about 2 months of use both charging ports started having odd behavior; they would rapidly start and stop charging any device I plugged in.Overall I think this just isn't for me, but if you use Amazon music and have a use for the navigation voice commands, I think this could be a good buy!
