Fantastic Device
A well built machine that makes crafting your own extracts or concentrates easy. Definitely reclaims almost all of the ethanol without any issues. I have used it for two weeks and after a couple runs the process is dead simple. Great for NC CBD hemp extracts and I have made my own lemon verbena oil from one of my potted plants. I look forward to making more essential oil extracts from my garden. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend supporting this company enough!

Machine sucks....sorry Ivan and Troy
I'm sorry I bought this loud non-working machine. It takes hours to do just one ounce of material. They say 300ml of ethanol is enough to extract an ounce....it isn't and you need multiple runs. I wish I would have saved the $600 and just bought a short path distillation kit. OH...BTW...it leaks too so I lose a lot of alcohol in the process. This machine sucks.

Makes extraction easy and relatively inexpensive.
I’ve done about 10 extractions so far, and I’m very pleased with the return and the quality. So far I’ve used about a quart of ethanol, which is only 10% of what it would have been vs evaporation, so it will definitely pay for itself in time. I had an issue with the collection vessel and an email is all it took to get another sent right out. Excellent customer service!

Works like a charm
I have had nothing but success with this machine. I run it out the the garage for noise and odor issues, and find some alcohol condenses on top of the machine and is lost, because it's in the 40s (F) in the garage, I guess. Otherwise, it makes extractions safe and quick. I am getting back about 80% of the EtOh to use again.

Well worth it
this machine works great right out of box and extremely easy to use if you follow the instructions. Lost most of the alcohol to absorbing into the product at the very beginning (10% - 15%) before it was even placed into the machine. but once it is the machine I think the recovery is more like 95%+. Was fun to use and also rewarding. The non-denatured alcohol was a little hard to get, but if you look hard enough online you can find it

Fan dies quickly
I thought this thing would be cool. However the fan died and I had to send it back. Then it died again and I would have had to pay to send it in again. Extract craft wouldn't give me a part number to swap out the fan bc they don't stand to make enough profit... Definitely do not buy. Maybe if it had a $99 price tag I could recommend it.

Waste of Money
We bought this to make RSO for a cancer patient. This extractor does not even make a gram at a time and it takes 2 hours, minimum. The protocol for treatment is to make 60 grams. A simple $20 rice cooker made over 37 grams at once. Don’t buy if you are wanting to make RSO, it will take months to even try to get any significant amount

Homemade Golden Goodness
Amazing product. Does exactly as described. Solidly built. Haven't needed any, but I hear tech support is very good. Very active Facebook community to help with fine tuning your technique. Very easy to remove extract when done. I purchased in August, and I've made at least 50 runs at this point. Seems reliable. Did I mention safe?Just buy it. Can't recommend enough.
