Comfort is key
My back brace is exactly what I expected. It fits well; eases my back pain; is fine, durable fabric. I’m very pleased with it.

Buy the right size. True to size
I should have bought the size it stated but I am so used to things not being big enough. So please use the sizing guide and keep to the size it says. Works awesome.

It is NOT Breathable
As for support, it's outstanding. My back is broken at the L4-L5 & this support definitely helps me stay on my feet longer reducing my pain a bit. But I noticed each time I took it off my lower shirt & upper back of my pants were wet from sweating under it. Since it helps I continued to wear it each day. Now I have an itchy rash on my back under where I have been wearing it. It isn't breathable at all. One of the plastic stays wore through the fabric & started sticking out. Will not buy again. I bought a different one with aluminum stays and it's much better. Holds your back better & you don't sweat under it.

This could have been the perfect back brace
This would have gotten 5 Stars but the very first time I put it on the little plastic rods on the inside one broke. But it is extremely comfortable and it’s wide so it does it and dig into you even if you sit down so my opinion is if they would figure out how to fix the roads this would be a fabulous product

It would have worked, but it was too small

Gives good support
Fits very well and provides a good deal of support while being lightweight and comfortable. I also find it useful for holding ice packs against my back for pain relief if I have a strain. Well made, and good value for the money.

Disappointed
This Neo Health Plus Size lower back brace provided no support at all for the back it was just a belt around the waist with no support I was very disappointed this did not live up to its description at all I returned this item
