Igloo Sportsman 20Qt Rotomold Cooler

Too bad they don’t sell this cooler anymore. Frankly one of the best coolers they ever made! I wanted to buy a second one but they don’t make it anymore. We primarily use if for spare ice storage at camp. Pre chill it the day before and it fits two bags of ice for main cooler replenishment or cocktail ice. Easily kept ice for 4 days left in the shade during the summer. I also use it for weekend Jeep trips with one bag of ice and a few steaks and drinks. Seriously IDE buy another one!

So far, this cooler is worth every penny. Very well-built and I would stack it up against Yeti, Cabela's, and OtterBox (I have owned all 3) Because this is only a 20 quart cooler, it is not going to hold ice for 7 days like some of the larger models. I will pre-chill this thing and fill it with about 8 or 10 beverages and then add a small bag of ice... I will follow up in a few days. For reference: currently using a Coleman Xtreme 70 quart at work. It claims to hold ice for 5 days. In 90 to 100 degree Kentucky heat, it will maintain ice for 3 to 4 days. The only problem is the AMOUNT of ice needed to fill it... It basically holds 2 large bags that cost about 10 bucks. I expect this 20 quart (although much smaller) will SAVE me money on ice. *** Ice test is decent. I've used this thing several times and it's perfect for short (2-3 day) trips. I have the best luck using 2 small ice packs, add drinks, and a 7lb bag of ice for the remainder. If you need 5 to 7 days of ice, you gotta go bigger capacity.

I have a large roto molded cooler for camping, wanted something smaller for day trips, pick nics etc,etc. Not wanting to spend the money on a yeti, this caught my eye for the price and made in the USA. So far a great little cooler. Only issue I've noticed id the bolts that hold the handle on keep coming loose. Not a deal breaker for me, just a heads up. I'd buy another one if I needed, might put some locktight on the bolts see if that fixes it!!

I really like this cooler; however, the bots came loose the second time I used it and the handle almost came off. The handle is really flexible when you have it loaded and it worries me it will snap. It has worked great so far after tightening bolts

I have not used it much but overall quality for the price it is pretty sweet. I could not justify paying almost triple the price for other brands(which I own). It is a bit larger and heavier than I imagined but I hope that helps keep things cold. I keep this in the back of my Jeep so I like that it won't fall over or leak like a Playmate or a soft cooler will.

It does not keep ice as well as it’s competitors that are designed like it. So, if you are thinking you are getting a good deal due to it looking like others, you will be disappointed. However, cute, light weight, good for a day at the beach. Good design. Good Price, Poor Quality if you need ice to keep over a day.

Well I have had ice in this for 3 days now.I feal it will last at least 5 days.This is a very strong built cooler and it will last a long time.I would never pay $200 for a cooler but for $45 I figured I would try this out.I am very pleased with the performance so far.Well worth what I paid.If your like me and won't spend the big bucks for a cooler then this is a fantastic option. Edit:I found when it's as hot as it gets in Ohio the ice will last in this a solid 3 days.Thats great for the price,and all I wi ever need.

Great cooler! Not too bulky and and not too heavy for a molded cooler. Keeps ice well, nice rubber latches and tethered drain cap. The plastic handle is holding up so far. Overall excellent small cooler for the size and money…and it’s made in THE US of A!
