I was on the lookout for a back roller but found that many other options with reviews showing the roller breaking apart from the inside.......yikes!! I can confirm this roller does not have that issue!!! It is a little wider circumference which is great for my lower and mid back. It's very dense, no warping so it gets all the knots and sore spots perfectly! I also did get the 12 inch which is perfect to store somewhere out of the way. The best $8 spent!! It's been a year of using this on an almost nightly basis and still in perfect condition.

Big foam cylinder that feels good after workout. For people with low pain tolerance this product is not for you as it pains especially in legs.

This is a pretty simple item. I just wanted something I could stretch my back out with that didn't take up a lot of room. I wasn't sure if this would deform or flatten or get crushed, but it's actually very dense and strong and maintains its shape (I'm over 200 lbs). Sometimes I even just sit this vertically behind me on the couch to keep my back straight by sitting against it.

The size is perfect. The roller is dense and the a great product to roll out muscles. It is easy to use and transport to athletic events.

This works great. I'm undergoing physical therapy for a total knee replacement and this is just with a doctor ordered. They had one of these at my physical therapy office and when I saw how inexpensive it was to buy one, I went ahead and did it. I'm so glad I did

cuz it is small. no give on this one--nice and firm. take it around town.

A softer covering/case could be the fix this needs. I used it to help realign hips by straddling the roller a few minutes at-a-time, two days later my sacral nerve started protesting hard. I've been limping for 3 days. lol. Perhaps I over-did it, who knows. But it did pop several vertebrae in my spine while rolling on it. So that felt good.

Using it as Xbox series X stand and other stuff to elevate it a little :) it's easy to cut with a knife.
