I have really enjoyed this product. It was not hard to put together, though I used my own tools to finish tightening the bolts. I weigh 215 and it’s held well and fits all the door frames in my apartment. I might need to tighten it again, soon.The arm straps for abs also work well and are very durable.I have enjoyed the resistance bands for auxiliary workouts and the bag they come in makes it easy to store them. Great product!

I was about to return the item after realizing that the bar is too short for all my doorframes. I had assumed I had standard doorframes; apparently 'modern' doorframes do not qualify. Luckily I have an interim door within my apartment that just fit right-so I am able to use the pull up bar, luckily. I am a petite and slim woman; have never weighed over 120 lbs and am usually approx 116/7 range but for the average dude, this may not be the sturdiest given that it's 'no tools' assembly.That and despite saying 'follow the instructions', the packet provides no instructions , to echo info pointed out by another customer.

You definitely have to have a sturdy door trim to put this thing on. Leaves marks and dents on the door jam....I can hear the door jam creaking and am worried it will pull off the trim. I have a new house and maybe am over concerned about taking care of it, but am going to be very delicate with it. Had to pick a place that the marks wouldn’t be noticeable.

I was so excited to get one of these, because of this high star reviews. I honestly don’t get why people have liked this. The screws do not stay tight. I had to delicately screw them in because they are so prone to stripping. One stripped without even feeling tight to begin with. I got the other three tight. But after maybe five minutes of use all of the screws loosened. The entire frame warbles and doesn’t balance weight properly when doing push-ups. The only thing it worked for a little while for was pull-ups. I’m a small guy, 135lbs, and it looked like the center was starting to dip.I would not recommend this product.

Such a great price! It was a bit confusing setting it up as there weren't instructions. But it wasn't too complicated so I just figured it out. The company emailed me directions over a week later lol! Super easy to put up and down. I leave it on during the day and I hang from it every time I walk through the doorway. My kids love to hang from it too and are working on being able to pull themselves up.

Very easy to assemble but the pull up bar started getting wobbly and one of the work out bands snapped while I was using it to do lateral raises for my shoulder. To be more precise, I was stepping on the yellow extra light band with my foot as I raised it to my shoulder laterally. I’m 5’9”. I’m just glad it didn’t snap in my face because that could be very dangerous for my eye, not sure if it would blind me but to whoever buys this just be careful.

Very very overpriced. Not very sturdy. Only fits small doorways. I don't like the colors of the bands. The padded grips on the pull up bar are small and when you use it your hands are awkwardly on and off the padding which can be uncomfortable. The bar flexes downward with each pull up. There were no instructions for assembly despite a safety warning advising the consumer to follow all assembly instructions.
