Like most nut these can go rancid pretty quickly but I'm glad there's an organic walnut option & they taste fine. (I'm not sure how they really can guarantee these are "organic" [pesticide drift, etc] but at least we try if it might be better for the earth and us).

What’s not to like about organic walnuts that are healthy. A tip is to keep them refrigerated until ready to eat- they will spoil and get rancid if kept at room temperature.
