2 Soft Gel Ice Packs for Injuries Reusable with Extra Comfy Adjustable Cold Pack Wrap, Flexible Hot and Cold Compress

I really like the wrap. It's wide enough not to roll and cut off your circulation, and has a lot of length so that if you're dealing with a knee you can wrap it twice if your leg isn't thick. The velcro works great. The ice packs seem very sturdy. I know other people have complained about them leaking but I wonder if that's because they use them for heat. I am only interested in freezing and I think they will last a long time but I cannot be sure.

Very easy to use. I have been using it on my foot. Just enough cold to not make it unbearable. The wrap is very effective at keeping the pack in place.

These ice packs fabulous! They are extremely cold and stay that way for over an hour. They are very pliable and the sleeve with elastic band that comes with them keeps the ice packs securely in place. They seem to have strong seams so they should last a long time. I would definitely purchase these again.

I futzed around with several schemes for the (seemingly obvious, but oddly enough not well addressed among cold packs available on Amazon site) common need to cool one's neck in response to muscle aches and cramping. The cheap "cold packs" are garbage to use, and are designed to leak internal fluids early on. Not a one of them is worth a dime. Stay away ! Then I bought a (at the time relatively more expensive) Sports Lab brand neck brace with a small (and far too insubstantial in volume and cooling effect) cold pack. Not well thought out at all (it chokes a man's adam's-apple badly when one tries to adjust for better thermal coupling). Thankfully, they fully refunded my costs after I reported all of the ways that it sucked. This pair of cold packs could hardly be improved upon. The balance between physical size, cooling capacity, and flexibility when using them is really excellent ! They are capable of delivering a powerful (but not physically dangerous) wallop of cold to one's skin quickly. If the internal volume of the cooling medium was higher (which would extend their time period of their usability, which overall is not bad as cold packs go), then they would not be as flexible (which is important when thermally coupling to various body parts). The adjustable mounting-strap assembly is also well designed, and works very well. The fact that these cold packs come as a pair allows one to rotate them between use and cooling in one's freezer. They are built with reasonably thick and tough as well as comfortable on one's skin (non-leaking) outer material. These cold packs are by far the best that I have ever found, they (in my opinion) represent a brilliant balance of design parameters. The business owner who produces them is passionate and dedicated about product quality and customer satisfaction (as one can see from reading the message insert that comes with product). Have not contacted them (no need to), and have had zero problems in around one year of frequent use. These cold packs with strap assembly are worth every penny. In the past 6 months, I've had to have two surgeries on my elbow - ulnar nerve release, and then ulnar nerve transposition. The second surgery has been far more painful, requiring a lot of heat/icing, to soothe the pain, as needed. The incision is on the back side of my arm, above the elbow. Not an easy place to hold a heating pad or ice pack. Then, I discovered this! It's wonderful, as it comes with two heating packs, which can be warmed, or placed in freezer. When needed, I just place a pack into the cuff, and slide it up my arm, positioning it where needed. Ahhh...relief!! Stays in place, even when sleeping, so I definitely like that! It can be adjusted pretty small, it considerably large! For the price - can't be beat! Well worth it - highly recommend!

Great ice oack for knees, foot, and arms! It is flexible and we have two sets in our freezer! Great prosuct!

This is a great ice pack. And having 2 works out best because while using one the other is freezing. They are also a good size & the Velcro cover adjust to keep the chill where it’s needed.

Definitely a good choice to add compression to any injury not so cold that it’s unbearable it’s a good product for icing. However, there is already some wear and tear where the Velcro goes with frequent use. The sleeve for the ice pack the ice pack Is ideal as it stays in place and due to thr material its not as cold as other gel packs though I would buy again for how easy it is to use and for the fact that it remained on the area that it was required for. I also added another ice pack on the opposite side of the Velcro to wrap around a leg and it worked ideally and it works with the single ice pack. It comes with as well. This is a good product great price.

Well made and great for cold compress! But a hot water bottle stays warmer for longer.

Works exactly as expected. Freezes fast.

Keep these in the freezer and reach for them more than I expected. Stay cold for a good amount of time and the gel doesn't get rock hard so it actually molds to wherever you put it. The wrap makes a real difference — hands free and stays in place while you move around. Used it on my knee and lower back and it works great for both. Having two packs is handy so there's always one ready to go. Really solid value.

That little adjustable strap is a game changer. Instead of having to hold the ice or rest it while you sit, you can strap this thing on and you're good to go. The second ice pack is great because you can then keep a second ice pack always at the ready. These ice packs are the gel ones that stay mushy so you can still form it against your body (those ones that turn to ice are less pliable). The only thing I wish was that the strap was detachable and I could buy different sizes. Otherwise, love this thing.
