I’ve bought these motion sensors a number of times for various situations. I have one in each bedroom and one in the hall especially for middle of the night trips to the bathroom. The lights turn on quickly, light well, and remain on for an adequate amount of time. I consider these a necessity for seniors to avoid falling in the dark. I’ve also bought them for my grandchildren. They have the comfort of momentary light to check for possible monsters lurking in the dark. (What?! You haven’t ever had to check for monsters?!)

Genuinely not sure why they stopped selling this at my local Walmart, but the one I had blew out one night when we had a blackout, and I was trying to look for the exact motion detector hallway light my dad bought a few years ago but could no longer find. After a few searches on Amazon, I was able to find it! Not much to say besides it works well as a hallway light in the middle of the night when it’s pitch black. It detects motions and lights up really well, along with it being aesthetically pleasing. Our last one lasted for a good couple of years, and probably longer if it wasn’t for the blackout short circuiting it. Highly recommend.

I have these sensors in several rooms of my home and in the hallways. They are more pleasant to look at than others I have used through the years. I is white and gives off a very bright light with is great. The light stays on for probably about a minute although I have not actually times it. It goes on easily and quickly with motion from front and sides. Did I mention-- it is pleasant to look at even when the light is off. They are not inexpensive but worth the extra money.

Very nice light. Plenty bright for our use. No issues with motion sensor yet as others have complained. All four of our work fine throughout the cabin. For the price ($12 for a pair) is perfect. Highly recommend!

The fan in my closet has a light kit on it. I like to leave the fan on in my closet to keep the air circulating. There is only one switch that controls them both. Shutting the light off also shuts the fan. I can shut the light off with a pull chain to keep the fan on, but then the closet is dark. I decided to try this little light so when I walk in the closet I can see if anything is on the floor that I may trip on. It works like a charm. It gives me enough light to see what’s on the floor and also to locate the light pull chain of the fan light. I like that it goes off automatically so I can just walk out of the room. Especially if my hands are full. I’ve had this little light for years. It worked so well I decided to buy one for my kitchen area. Before I go to bed, I shut all the lights and sometimes my dog is in the way. The light lights up a wide area to see where my dog is laying. The light stays on long enough for me to get into my bedroom and turn on the light.

The GE motion sensing nightlites work great. I use them in the bathroom to see at nihgt. . Even when plugged in off to the side, the light will sense motion and turn on. The light stays on for a good minute or two. It is not overly bright and comfortable. Another plus is that when there is enough light during the day, it does not turn on. I have other GE nightlites around the house that turn on and stay on when it turns into night and lights go off. Therefore, I expected good quality from the motion sensing lights.

Provides a decent amount of light when the motion detector turns it on. In our case the fact it does not stay on all the time is a plus.
