Watch out
Be very careful when ordering this product, after few days of use I started to feel very bloated and with pain in my stomach and intestines. I do not recommend this product.

True vitamins. I switched to Dr. Mercola's B-Complex after discovering that many of the vitamins I've been taking are synthetic, as companies used to be reputable but have since sold out.
