My mom has one of these and every time I cook at her house I realize how much I need one of these. What finally convinced me is we cooked a small pumpkin in the instant pot and this pulls it out so easily! Also a large chicken or whole sweet potatoes etc. anything heavy, this thing can easily support especially when it is steaming hot! I now use mine every time instead of my metal trivet. Best $10-15 you will ever spend for your instant pot!

I used this in my instant pot and my chicken stew had a strong awful taste of “plastic”. I very much doubt this is food safe and fit for purpose. Sending it back.

Does what its supposed to do. Hasn't fallen apart yet
