I have been using lavender hydrosols for a few years now and absolutely love it. The brand I usually buy was out last time so I thought I'd try this one and have not been disappointed! I use it for a facial toner and soak a cotton ball with it and use it over my whole face including eye lids and it moisturizes and invigorates my skin. I especially like being able to perk up in the middle of the day this way without actually washing my face. I use it everywhere my skin feels irritated including on a q tip inside my nose when winter air has me dry and sore and even "down there" when irritated skin has me feeling mean and edgy. The only comment I have is it don't care for the bottle itself. The plastic is hard and difficult to squeeze but I simply squeeze what hydrosol I want into a small dish or bathroom cup and go from there. Love this stuff! Will keep buying!

This is my first time buying this particular product from Alteya Organics. I am a regular customer with Alteya regarding the Organic rose water. I loved this product firstly because of the smell and then the cleansing effect it had on my facial and neck skin. I do not wear makeup at all because my skin is hyper sensitive and rejects all chemicals. My only makeup is the rose water toner and now the lavender water toner. The best compliment for a woman is when no one can tell her age accurately and trust me if you use these two products on an alternate basis you will be a very happy camper. I am speaking from experience. The one thing I would like to mention is that before going to bed I use organic cotton balls and the lavender toner to wipe my face and neck clean. I smell very good and feel very refreshed. Big bottle also so it will last a long time. There is absolutely nothing I dislike about this product.

I don't get all the negative reviews.I'm a cosmetologist who studies ingredients, and this is the real deal. Does it smell flowery like the floral waters which are a by-product of essential oil production? No, because this is a true distillate, so it's going to smell earthier, more astringent, and less sweet than some of the commercially produced sprays that people are accustomed to. If you want an aromatherapy experience, then put a couple drops of lavender essential oil in distilled water or fractionationated aloe. But the to appreciate this product for what it is, which is a very effective toner that plays nicely with other skincare products, can be used night or day, and can also be used as an ingredient in DIY products.Anyway, this is a FANTASTIC toner! Works great for the Korean "seven skin method" (Gothamista on YouTube has a great tutorial for this). The dispenser on the top is awesome too, prevents wasted product and keeps product fresh.If I could give 10 stars, I would! Can't wait to try the rose distillate.

The toner smells really good, it calms down my skin when I have pimples and reduces redness areas. Although the outer shipping box was damaged, the toner was still good. I’d love to use it I usually use it as a lotion mask.

The lavender water smells very strongly like a mix of the flower and the stalk which might be a result of the distillation process. So do not expect it to smell like artificial lavender fragrance but more like a walk in the lavender fields when the flowers are blossoming or being nearby when the lavender is being harvested or being processed (strong and a tad overwhelming). It is 100 % true lavender water, not a hybrid or something which would have been diluted with water or alcohol.Having bought various brands of lavender water for many years, I am really happy with this product and will buy it again thanks to the quality of it and the convenient larger 500mL bottle.

Linalool is considered to be a highly sensitizing ingredient that may disrupt the skin’s natural barrier and cause irritation. I’m highly disappointed that Alteya ruined otherwise great product by quietly adding this ingredient.

In general, Lavender is one of my favorite scents. I LOVE lavender essential oil but this product smells really bad. It definitely smells floral and (luckily) the smell doesn’t last long. I would not buy this product again, instead I’m going to try making a DIY lavender water spray with lavender essential oil, maybe a little witch hazel and distilled water.

All floral waters should come in glass to get best taste, but I still love the taste. The smell is a good strong lavender it’s real lavender so it’s going to smell strong not fake and sweet so don’t know why so many complaints on that. The taste however is a little bit different to the smell, it’s perfect taste of aromatic real lavender. I add it to my raw lavender flower brew after I steep it to give it an extra lavender kick, especially when making iced milk tea and lattes!!!

This is a nice spray but not very strong it doesn’t have the what you would call the standard lavender smell but it’s definitely pleasant.

So many uses around the home. Lovely fresh smell and helps kill mosquitos.

Di solito utilizzo acqua di rosa, ma andando incontro all'estate, e sudando molto, ho deciso di provare l'acqua di lavanda e devo dire che mi sto trovando molto bene! Prodotto naturale e odore gradevole leggermente pungente come di fiori di lavanda bagnati. Lo utilizzo dopo la detersione prima del siero, riequilibra e rinfresca la pelle, lenisce acne e pori dilatati, adatto alla mia pelle sensibile. Prodotto approvato anche da Yuka (che consulto sempre prima di ogni acquisto!) lo ricomprerò sicuramente e valuterò gli altri distillati dello stesso brand 👍
