Excellent customer service more than makes up for a few issues - RECOMMEND!
This spin bike is the best purchase that I've made in quite a while. I'm VERY happy with the feel, performance and quality. The bike has a few small issues, but the seller stands behind their product, is very responsive and focused on customer satisfaction, which goes a long way with me.Overall, the bike is very well made. It is sturdy, made of highly durable, well finished parts. It is easy to assemble with good directions. I'm not sure if L Now is one in the same as PooBoo brand bikes or not. But many of the components that came with my L Now bike are PooBoo branded, like the seat and electronics. Just an FYI. The package even includes all the tools necessary to assemble the bike, including wrenches, allen head and screwdrivers. That said...Tip #1: If you have better tools (ratchet, sockets, allens) use them! You will want to tighten the seat bolt much tighter than the cheap, open-end wrench, included with the bike, can accommodate. Also, assembly will go much faster. Make sure you re-tighten all bolts after each ride for the first several rides, as bolts and screws need to get "settled."Since the pandemic, shelter-in-place orders, I have done 45+ min of spinning on this bike every single day for several weeks. No issues, what so ever, with the quality and performance of the bike. I have run through a number of spin-classes via my iPad, and do some pretty intense self-designed programs. The bike is solid as a rock; sitting, standing, crouching and leaning down - all positions feel sturdy and solid. The bike does have a few issues. The bike comes with heart-rate contacts on the handlebars that connect to the electronics to give you feedback on your "pulse" (heart rate). I have found the "pulse" feature to be 99.9% non-workable. I've cleaned the contacts, triple-checked the connections. It will only measure my "pulse" on rare occasion (and only after holding them tightly for at least a minute), and then only gives me "65," when I know for a fact my heart rate is well above that. The pulse monitor is worthless. So if a built-in HR is important to you, then consider using a wearable, like an Apple Watch (what I use daily), FitBit, Garmin watch, or some other dedicated heart rate monitor. The device cradle is a really nice size for holding a tablet, or even a laptop (I've actually done a few online meetings while spinning). However, it would be nice if the bottom bracket had a "lip" on it to prevent larger tablets or laptops from flipping back and off the cradle. Also, the water bottle trough is below and out of the way, but it's not very deep. So if you are using a Camelback, or similar plastic water bottle, it will likely stick up above the plane of the cradle, making it impossible for you to use a tablet (unless you fasten some shims or spacers on either side as a DIY project).Tip #2: Use a long, narrow water bottle to make full use of the tablet cradle.I have a long, narrow stainless, reusable water bottle that fits the bottle trough nicely, and still allows me to keep the tablet cradle completely flat for the full width. Or, if you are only using a smartphone, then you can rest it to one side or the other if your bottle sticks up above the cradle "plane."Tip #3: Use some bungee cords to ensure your tablet or phone doesn't fall off the tablet cradle.Unlike some other bikes, the tablet cradle is just a wide, flat place to rest a tablet or phone. There is no clamp or strap. Your tablet or phone will fall to the ground if you're doing any degree of serious interval peddling. The electronics that come with the bike measure distance and "speed" in metric (KM). There is no switch or jumper to convert to standard/miles (M) measurement. If you're good with metric units, then you're all set. If you'd prefer standard/miles based measurements, then you need to contact customer service via email. Which is what I did. The instructions include their customer service email address. The seller is located in China, so they ask you to allow 24 hrs for responses. I sent them a request for standard/miles electronics and they replied within 2 hrs. They offered to ship me a standard/miles measurement unit for free. It arrived the next week, no extra cost and I was not asked to return the original. I was SUPER impressed with the speed and friendliness of the L Now customer service.Tip #4: Don't bother exchanging the metric electronics for standard. In the end, it doesn't really matter. After swapping my electronics, and then doing a LOT of measurements (including measuring the circumference of the flywheel, crank arm length, gear ratio, etc) I learned that the measurement displayed on the electronics is simply "a number" that represents rotations of the flywheel and interval. The speed, pace and calories burned measurements do not take into account resistance (again, I always rely on my Apple Watch). If you plan on following spin workouts from Peloton, Echelon, or similar, where they ask you to "hit" certain intervals during workout, then I recommend you buy an interval measurement device from Wahoo Fitness or similar. Or, if you want to save some money (and I assume you do if you're shopping this brand of bike), then do yourself a favor: Take a few minutes to measure out different intervals manually using a stopwatch or app, and then make notes of what "speed" (as per the electronics) they correlate to. Example: Use a stopwatch (or app) to measure out a 60 interval pace, 70 interval pace, 80 int., 90 int., etc. Then make yourself a "cheat sheet" and tape it to the bike. Here is an example of the cheat-sheet that I made for myself (using my standard/miles electronics):10.0 "M" = 40 cadence12.5 "M" = 50 cadence15.0 "M" = 60 cadence17.5 "M" = 70 cadence20.0 "M" = 80 cadence22.5 "M" = 90 cadence25.0 "M" = 100 cadence27.5 "M" = 110 cadence30.0 "M" = 120 cadenceTip #5: Before you lock into a year-long subscription with Peloton, Echelon, or similar, check out StudioSweatOnDemand (dot) com. Or search for them on YouTube. They have a number of free spin classes to help you get your bike set up properly, and then take you through some basic to moderate spin classes. I am not affiliated with them, and I get no commission for recommending them. I found their free material to be VERY helpful with getting my bike set up properly and then getting my "feet wet" with spin classes. Much of their content is free. They also offer paid subscriptions for those who want to "dive in deeper."Bottom line: L Now customer service is fast, friendly and outstanding! I am super impressed with their desire to ensure that each customer is fully satisfied with their purchase, which is why I am willing to overlook a few small things. The bike is solid. Very solid! I am very impressed with the build quality. The small issues like the "pulse" monitor are non-issues for me as I rely on my Apple Watch. Be sure to strap down any tablet or phone that you rest on the cradle. Stay healthy!

Fantastic indoor fitness bicycle.
I didn't expect to like this bike as much as I do and am very impressed with the build quality. I looked around on the internet for a home use exercise bike for several days. I wanted a great quality exercise bike as cycling is my form of cardiac exercise. There are some days when weather will not permit outdoor bicycling so I needed a solution. Some of the other cycles on the market were price prohibitive but the L Now LD 582 was very reasonable and well within the price I was willing to pay.The bike arrived on time and was packed in a box which was secured with straps to prevent damage during shipping which is a quality move. Set up was very easy as the instruction were very detailed and simple to use. It only took me only about 20-25 minutes and as a huge bonus all the tools needed were provided, what a nice touch. Then all I had left to do was adjust the L Now for my size and riding style using to easy adjustment built in with the bike and I was all set.The cycle rides very quietly and is extremely smooth and fluid. The flywheel is heavy which adds to the smooth operation of this cycle which is very important. Resistance adjustment is easy and remains consistent throughout my exercise routine. The bike comes with a tablet holder which also doubles as a water bottle holder and is very sturdy. The provided monitor gives Time, Speed, Distance, Calories, Odometer as well as pulse rate. The pulse rate is a super function as it allows you to know your rate which is important to get in your 'zone' for cardio workouts. Of note, I contacted the representatives as I had a general question. I got a timely, professional and friendly reply from the representative Tom. Product support could not be better which is a comforting thought. You will not be 'left out in the cold' as L NOW has your back.If you are looking for a great quality home indoor cycling bicycle which will not break the bank, this is for you.A couple of tips. (1) You should get a protective pad to put the bicycle on to protect your floors. They are readily available on line, are reasonably priced so take your pick. (2) Get a fan and direct it towards you during your workout. This is important as you do not get the cooling effect of the wind as you do when riding outside. Again, fans are reasonably priced on line so you can have your choice of many. (3) Wipe the bike down afterwards. Important to keep your bike in tip top shape. Perspiration contains salts so your want to protect the bike from the oxidative properties of perspiration.

Great value for the price!
I bought this as a substitute for gym/studio cardio when we all started quarantining for Covid-19. For the price, it definitely does the trick. Took about an hour to assemble (but I was also not rushing because...ya know...quarantine!). I am a fairly avid spinner and so tried all levels of resistance and this bike is sturdy enough for a 45 min spin class and holds the iPad great so I can stream Peloton or other platform spin classes from an iPad. Customer service was superb too. They replied quickly and mailed me (for free) a monitor that is based in miles instead of kilometers and even recommended the Wahoo cadence sensor as an accessory so I can know my RPM for streamed spin classes. The one small issue is that once you get up to very high levels of resistance, the transition is a bit un-smooth and is more jerky but is VERY high resistance before it starts to do this. Could be that is how all friction resistance bikes are though.

Great Value for the Price
Wow. It is very silent. I can put this bike in any room without noise being a problem. Small enough to go in my guest room. I’m 6ft and the seat height adjustment is just fine. I have great leg room between seat and handle bars. I love the monitor, it tracks my distance and speed. This bike also has a heart rate monitor. I enjoy the tablet holder and it has a cup holder on it. This bike is sturdy. I would say overall great quality for the price. The seat is uncomfortable after a while, but that is a cheap fix. The assembly was easy and took about 30 minutes.
