All the layers move over each other very easily
I recently got back into cubing a bit just on a whim, and was playing with my old cube when I realized just how bad it was, so I ordered this cube. It was pretty cheap, which made me think that the quality may not be there, but since I'm not sure how long this interest will last, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on what might be better quality cubes. But for what I was looking for, this cube is fantastic! The layers all slide over each other very easily and are very forgiving if you don't line them up exactly. Due to the angled corners of each cubelet, a misalignment almost gets automatically corrected for you. In addition, the internal construction of each layer seems to have some give, so even if you hold a layer slightly out of place while turning an opposing layer, the entire cube will kind of "stretch" to allow you to complete the move. Overall this makes the cube much faster than the one I'd been using. And since it's all just solid pieces of plastic (no stickers) I suspect it will hold up quite well over time, assuming that the layer rotation doesn't degrade. For the price, this is a really good cube, in my layman's opinion. If I was a "professional" speed cuber I might go for a more expensive one, but this one completely met and needs and expectations.

My First Magnetic Cube, but I Love the Feel and the Alternative Color Look, Great Design!
This is a really well-crafted magnetic cube and a great introduction if you’ve never used one before. The layers move smoothly and effortlessly, with a satisfying, subtle click from the magnets that helps with control without being too loud or distracting. I went with the mirror-style version with the alternate color scheme, and it strikes a nice balance between familiar and unique. The stickerless design is a big plus, so there’s no worry about peeling or wear over time, and the included display stand is a nice bonus for showing it off when not in use. The mirror finish is definitely shiny, almost too good at reflecting in certain lighting (haha), which can make colors a bit tricky to distinguish, but it adds to the fun and challenge. Good right out of the package with no assembly needed and perfect for all ages. My only small issue was that the outer packaging arrived already opened and slightly broken, though everything inside appeared to be intact. All in all, it’s a fun, smooth, and striking cube that I’d still certainly recommend!

Great product at a great price!
My 12 yr old decided he wanted a rubiks cube to solve ASAP. He'd been watching YouTube videos and luckily Amazon offered this one for a quick overnight delivery. By the end of the delivery day, he had solved it. Impressive. I'm a kid of the 80s, so anyone who can solve it is in another level. And btw, this rubiks cube is heads and shoulders above the original one-- easy to maneuver. I'd highly recommend.

An Ok upgrade from a Rubix but its what you should expect for 7 bucks.
I picked this up on a whim when getting an interest back into cubing I had memories of people recommending this brand and cube as a decent cube. And it is a 7 dollar cube. It is better than the Rubix brand cubes but it also falls short. Overall feel: Its very light, the layers are very easy to turn. It is also very loud, it makes big crunchy/clacky sounds when turning a layer. You can also hear the springs inside twist and ping when you turn it. Also for me the center pieces were very difficult to uncap, so adjusting tensions on this cube can be a pain. Corner cutting and lockups: There is some corner cutting on this, but it is very small For a smooth corner cut its .75 a cube width, anything over that first cube width and it will lock up or take a lot of force. Reverse corner cutting is about .2 a cube width, right where that diagonal cut out is on the pieces. With those parts in mind the cube is prone to locking up. Also because of my turning style it can be easy to over shoot and then lock up. Colors: For me the orange was very hard to get used to. It comes across as an orange red to me and it can be hard to recognize the shades quickly when first using it. Over all you get what you pay for here. It is a solid upgrade from a Rubix, but it has some glaring problems that come with that pricepoint. For an alternative fully setup cubes from thecubicle and speedcubeshop starting around 20 bucks, I would honestly just save your money and get one of those.
