GLR46TBKER Retro Compact Refrigerator with Freezer Mini Fridge with Dual Door, Adjustable Mechanical Thermostat, 4.6 Cu Ft, Black

Got this for my living room in my apt because I'm now a fall risk since falling in my kitchen & breaking my hip, I'm trying to limit my walking. This is great, great looking, love the style & I've set up my living room in a triangle, microwave, air conditioner & frig all within steps. I tried a college style but it didn't work longer than a year & only seemed big enough for cans of cola. This is fairly big with a great freezer.

We've had this fridge in our garage now for several years. It keeps all of our canned and bottled drinks nice and cold, sometimes too cold. And the freezer section is good sized, we used it as over flow for our regular freezer.

This is an excellent fridge at a great low price. Love the size and convenience of it. Looked for one with a separate freezer compartment and this one is very good. Keeps things frozen well below the freezing point with a lot of room in the freezing compartment. Only gave it a 4 star on the temp control as It gets a little too cold in the regular compartment when on medium temp setting, keeping it at minimum seems to works the best. One of the plastic shelves on the door was missing when I got it, and the Galanz warranty department was very nice about sending me the missing part. Enjoy this fridge very much.

This is more beautiful than it seems in the photos. Super cute refrigerator in perfect working order. Arrived damaged from shipment and Amazon promptly addressed the issue and replaced it immediately. Pleasant and enjoyable representative was extremely helpful and quickly delivered a beautiful retro style appliance. Very pleased!! 👍🏼

The cold is so uneven that food in the back are literally frozen solid while food at the front & on the door go rotten because the temperature is too warm. Unfortunately, I bought it early for college dorm & by them time I used it, it could not be returned. However, this is a very poorly operating refrigerator & could cause food borne illness. It is beautiful looking so this is a shame.

Pros: - Has plenty of space for a mini fridge - Shelves can be taken out or adjusted as needed - Temperature is cold enough to keep food safe - Very easy to set up. - Not super loud. Mine is near my desk and it doesn't bother me. - Fridge light is nice and bright. I have no issues using it at night. Cons: - The worst flaw in my experience is that water drips down at the back of the fridge on the inside for some reason, which freezes and builds up. There is a huge chunk of ice at the back now, which will be a pain to get out. - I also think the fridge part is a little TOO cold. On setting 3 (out of 7) things freeze if you put them too close to the back. I now have frozen lemon juice and frozen milk. Of course I'd rather it be too cold than too warm, but I wish it was more balanced. - It smells terrible when you first get it. It took a good month or so for the smell to wear off.

I look forward to many years' of use with this little Galanz 4.6 cu ft fridge. It's just the right size for a single person uses a lot of fresh produce. The freezer is plenty large enough for the packets of frozen fruit, as well as the occasional addition of a carton of ice cream. The fact that it's black makes it simply dissappear in my studio apartment. And I love the Retro design. This is the larger of the two Galanz refrigerators I've owned with the former one, a 3.2 cu foot, being too small for frozen items. I'm much happier and better fed with this one. Now let's hope I don't live on ice cream alone!
