Really effective, but the effect lasts around 30minutes. So using it 4 times per day is a bit not much. Good to have it in a survival/emergency kit ! Really appreciated ! This isn't NOVOCAINE ! This is BENZOCAINE, the product used by your dentist before shooting your gum with the first one.The taste is strange but it's forgiven after some seconds.
