Electrolytes are crucial but not all are equal. So many are loaded with crap ingredients. These are amazing! Gets down to the cells like an IV drip. I've tried all the flavors and love each one!

This and LMNT are the only hydration products that work for my husband with zero side effects. He’s tried everything! The popular drinks like Gatorade, Powerade, Vitamin Water, etc. and the products in the vitamin & supplement space too such as Liquid IV, Nuun, Pedialyte, etc.

I had this for the first time at the end of the army 10 miler in Washington DC. I thought the flavor was delicious, and I searched out where I could buy some. I really like the flavor better than any other electrolyte drink I have found. I wish it had a little less sugar, but truly the best tasting electrolyte drinks I’ve come across. Great for recovery, in particular. Unfortunately, it’s quite expensive (the reason for four stars instead of five). If it came down in price a little bit, I would definitely buy it more frequently.

Best electrolyte drink out there! Used for a 3 day race. No issues with cramps or electrolyte imbalances and still tasted good on the last day.
