Can urine be used for this text, must it be semen only?

To all the clever people who find this question so amusing, if a person has retrograde ejaculation, sperm -- along with semen -- will be in be in the urine, and can be removed for insemination. Or for testing, I would think. So the question is still a bit off-base, but not so much as all the clever people seem to think.

No. There is a separate test from Spermcheck specifically for vasectomy that is more sensitive (250,000/ml tolerance vs. 20,000,000/ml tolerance for fertility test).

does this check for sperm motility?

From the companies website about the product it says it checks the number of sperm but it doesn’t mention the motility.
