Excellent value for money and prompt delivery.
Well packaged and really nicely finished. Fixed to a stone wall alongside steep steps. Screws supplied were fine. Only needed to provide plugs and use my hammer drill with an appropriate bit. Very pleased with the end result. Will definitely use this company again.

Put simply you get what you pay for - top quality
Can't fault anything about the 1.75m rail purchased. The packaging was incredible and ensured that the rail was delivered without the slightest blemish, in fact it was industrial strength, I had to use a saw to cut up the outer tube. The fixing were already attached therefore 6 screws (supplied) and 10 mins later it was on the wall and looks perfect. The rail is top quality and should literally last a lifetime. Wife is also delighted - need I say more.

Excellent handrail
This is a very good handrail, easy to fit and looks very smart. Delivery was quick and easy, well packaged and the handrail protected very well. Really happy with this.

Lovely Rail
Covid upset delivery a little but they always kept in touch to say when order would be delivered. I've never had something so well package. Came attached to a thick plank of wood, bubble wrapped and thick tape. All fixings attached and so easy to put up Does need 2 for the first bit. Installed inside 10 minutes looks lovely and every one has commented on how lovely it is. Its sturdy well designed and just what I wanted. Thank you.

Beautiful, stylish hand rail
Beautiful, stylish hand rail. I ordered 4m length and it looks incredible. Very well packaged - I had to leave mine outside in the garden until the hall was redecorated and it was well protected with plastic and loads of wrapping tape and remained waterproof for the 2 weeks it was out there. I would definitely recommend this. Well worth the money and very sturdy. Love it!

Good looking but tricky to fit.
I fitted this handrail to a wall next to a short flight of steps to help my aged father in law.Really there should be a note or instructions about the fact that it is very heavy (and my one only small) and really requires two people to fit it. One to hold it in place and the other to mark through the bracket holes. A long one would need three people. There’s only a little tolerance on the holes and I had to loosen the brackets on the rail to get it to fit. It looks fine though. Also there was some machine oil on mine which needed wiping off. All ok in the end.
