Buy some kits of 1000 magnetic balls in different places. I think the best quality I've received from magnetic balls is what I buy in this store. You should know that there are different qualities.I especially like silvery balls. They are very metallic and apparently more magnetic.I could say that I recommend this seller. I bought a 1000 kit from another vendor here on Amazon and they did not include a card. Keep this in mind when buying one of these. Make sure they are sent to you with a card.

Hours and hours of fun with these. Obviously, not for little kids. My son is almost 7 and even still we supervise him when he plays with these just in case. He loves it. 1000 is a good number for a toy like this. Anything less is just not enough. Not only has he been entertained with this, but, my mother and siblings also love it.

I got this product for my grandchildren and they loved it. It is worth every penny! They love to segregate the colors, make platforms to stack, make long ropes and circles just for a few of their projects. The magnetic aspect makes this toy different from the rest. With the 1000 ball set there are plenty to construct anything they want to. One small drawback is you really need the card that comes with the beads to separate the beads.....the magnetic field is pretty strong. I highly recommend this product. Even adults are fascinated by it, not just for kids!

These are advertised and labeled as 5mm balls, however, they are extremely small. If they are 5mm, it is in circumference, not in diameter. These are smaller than 3mm balls I have seen - probably because the 3mm balls were measured in diameter. 1000 balls fit in a cube that is approx 2.5 in cubed.

I bought these for my son and as it turns out, we all love them! They are a lot of fun and really bring out the creative side. He took them on vacation for the 4th of July and at one time, there were 5 of us playing with them at the table. This was a great investment because of the number of hours he's played with them! Lot's of fun!!

My daughter is thrilled with these. I find them to be frustrating (because they are very magnetic like they should be), but she has fun making things with them. They arrived in good condition and have a nice tin to store them in. The problem I have with them, and the reason for the 3 stars, is because they are not the colors shown in the picture! I picked this set because it showed multiple blue colors, and my daughter's favorite color is blue right now. But when we opened them, they are different. Instead of the brown and dark blue shown, we have a gold and a silver. I added two pictures, one with a flash, and one without, to show what we got. They are very pretty, and I don't miss the brown, but wish we had the dark blue instead of the gold that is only slightly different color than the yellow.

My 7yr old absolutely LOVES these. Each magnet is a little bit larger than a bb. I ordered him the set of 216 5mm magnets for Christmas. He loved them so much we just got the set of 1000 to add to them for his birthday! They're extremely strong and he loves the colors!! They can be shaped and molded in to cool shapes or separated to build multiple things! He thinks he's having fun playing with them, counting them, separating them and seeing the different groups. He doesn't realize he's learning!!! Love them!

The item came in a small box with all of the beads in a round container. Received the package with the top lid plastic shattered with the magnet balls (very small) all in the envelops it came in. Definitely not worth $50+ dollars
