These sim card removers are touchy. It did not work when I tried it over and over again for several days. Finally it worked today, so correcting my one star review.There is a problem with these sim card removers. They are very skinny and not as robust as the ones from T Mobile. I finally got it to hit the correct spot to pop the tray open and remove the no longer needed physical sim that was preventing T Mobile's Visual Voicemail to recognize my e-sim for cellular data mode.So I'm giving the product a 3 star review instead of 1 star.
