That, I am not 100 percent for sure, but I do know when I looked it up for my 1995 mustang gt, it was a direct fit, all bolt holes lined up, and the electrical connector was perfect, it is a plug and play setup.

Will this work on a 2004 mustang convertible?

I bought this for a 95 convertible. I did a quick look on google and they say 94-04 the door regulators are the same. That's what I seen after a quick search on the web. Best of luck.
