I've been looking for this for years
It was exactly what I remembered from living in Italy. SO MUCH better than having to use american "Heavy" cream for cream sauces.

Delicious on pasta. The entire box on a pound of rigatoni with sautéed mushrooms and sun dry tomatoes in oil or chopped fresh tomatoes with added olive oil. Excellent. Mangia.
