Great phone, slim and vivid screen, long battery life, great audio output both on headphones or speakers. Slipery screen not always sensitive enough because of that, the camera sometimes freezes and is not fully reliable.

Touch screen randomly becomes unresponsive or just goes randomly mental for no reason and clicks on a bunch of randon stuff, my last phone was held together with tape and didn't do that.

A very good phone for the money, l have no problems with it.

Easy to use Screne slow response But value for money

Been a sony phone user for 12 years, always had dependable cheap phones. This is the first time they have let me down! Bought as a replacement for my last Sony phone that lasted over 2 years of pretty rough life as I used to work as a welder. High temperatures, sparks and spatter, being dropped and all. It eventaully had an occasional screen fault that meant 1/3 times the phone didn't respond to touch. The battery also wasn't lasting as long as it used to so I decided it was time for a replacement. As soon as this phone arrived I knew it would be a disappointment. Something inside the phone would rattle/shake as you picked the phone up. The touch screen was worse than my very broken old phone, and the battery didn't last as long either! I thought I'd give it a few months but the frustration continued. Regular crashing and all sorts of other annoyances made me consider going back to my old very broken phone. I've now been forced to go back to my old phone as the charging port on the new one overheated and melted, meaning it's useless. Will try to get a warrantee claim in, but won't hold my breath! How have Sony even been able to release a phone this useless?

The device came with a damaged network card. Getting online was impossible

Not as good as my last Sony Xperia, on incoming calls you can hardly hear the caller, the sound is very very low, and thats on maximum volume, smaller screen also, but alright for the money I suppose.

The phone could not be set up, several screens were non functional, could not even switch the torch on. Battery went flat in a couple of hours. I do not need the latest model, so I thought second hand would make good sense, for environmental reasons. As everything I had owned made by Sony just kept going, it made a good choice, however not the case this time. Have returned it for a refund.
