I've always heard that taking time release Vitamin C is best but I always had a really hard time finding it. I tried this brand and I'm really happy with it. Vitamins are hard to rate simply because you can't see them working. I have to take the manufacturer's "word" that it is time released. Also I do wish it had a lot of bioflavanoids(good of blood vessels) in it (it has none). I used to buy 1,000 mg time released Vit. C. with 500 mg. of bioflavanoids but have not been able to find it.Overall good buy.

Muy buenos vitamina

These are great Vit C tablets! the sustained release causes no tummy issues even when you take 5 of them at once. And they have no flavor (my son was bothered by the taste of a previous Vit C that i had)

Good Value, taken at night or with last meal of the day. Switched recently from time-release capsules as higher dosage and price point. Seems to work as effectively taken in this manner... some may have a problem with swallowing, as this is a horse pill sized tablet.
