Bought these to put logs on the fire pit in the garden as throwing the logs on was a bit dangerous. These tongs have completely solved the problem of firey logs falling on the ground as they are easy to use and are very long making simple to place logs exactly where you want them without the risk of getting injured. They are also very sturdy and heavier than i expected. They are an excellent product would definitely reccomend.

Long enough to prevent hands getting burnt in a firepit and strong enough to easily pick up and place a log in safety.

They are sturdy good value and work well for what I need.

They’re large and heavy and solid which is frankly what you want for a bigger fire. They open right out and can pick up big quarter logs just fine. I worried they were too big but in the end just right good and sturdy too.

I need two hands to operate but that is not a problem. The tongs wave around with a heavy log on but the main problem with them is that they do not release the log. I need another item to hold log in place while I pull tongs away from log. Its probably just me!!!!

At first I thought it didn't look man enough for the job, but I was wrong.I would recommend it

Lo scorso sabato siamo abbiamo fatto un falò in spiaggia ed avevo comprato questa pinza proprio per quest'occasione.L'ho usato sia per raccogliere la legna che era difficile da raggiungere (perchè la sua estensione massima è di 66cm), che per sistemare quelle che erano già sul fuoco. Da chiuso ha un diametro di 6,4cm, però sono riuscito a prendere tronchi molto più grossi.È in acciaio ed è molto robusta e resistente, infatti lo trovo quasi improbabile che si piegherà per il peso eccessivo.Inizialmente, temevo che il colore nero fosse vernice e che si sarebbe tolto col il calore perchè sarebbe stato in diretto contatto col fuoco, però per fortuna resiste tanto anche ai graffi.È un bel prodotto che vi consiglio perchè è molto utile e non necessita di particolari capacità per utilizzarlo. Inoltre non c'è neanche bisogno di assemblarlo!
