Pleasantly Surprised at the quality and color - the color actually matched our privacy fenceperfect addition to an existing 3 rail fence line.

Very nice product. Its been up almost 2 months....PROS.... It seems to be sturdy , easy to put up by yourself, helps with wind and rain ,and doesn't look to bad PLUS ONE OF THE VERY FEW AVAILABLE IN 30"HEIGHTSCONS. The plastic ties they give you suck . And you CAN NOT GET CUSTOM LENGTHS ..YOU CAN ONLY GET IT IN 15'25' 50' lengths ...I STILL will have to find a short piece to enclose MY PORCH.. It will not block out headlights from passing cars but it will ensure privacy on the porch. If i had been able to get a real custom sceeen cut to the exact length that i needed it would have gotten 5 stars for the review. We will update in a few months if we have any problem UPDATE 6-16 -2020 We took it down in late March , rolled it up dor storage and it was in the same shape as when we bought it... it will be going back up in late October...very nice wind barrier ...i recomend this highly

Was hesitant at first, thought it might look ugly. I actually love it, looks great, works well! I've had it up for a few months now, no rips or issues whatsoever. It is pretty thin and can slightly be seen through, but overall keeps my deck much more private. Product isn't rolled perfectly so there will be some wrinkles as you open it up but over time they will dissappear.

Saw this on someone's balcony and loved it. I have the lighter color. It gives the shade and privacy needed and others have asked where I got it as well. The only problem is that the included zip ties where too short for my need. Fortunately I had others.

Just the thing to block out parking lots and propane tanks so I can focus on the beautiful landscape from my balcony! I used these velcro ties (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071S43ZYL?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) rather than the included plastic zip ties, which made installation 100% easier. I ordered a slightly longer length in order to weave the screen in/out of the railings, resulting in a more secure tight fit which should withstand our occasional strong wind gusts. Couldn't be happier with this well-made product.

We weren’t able to use the zip ties that came with it because they weren’t long enough.We could’ve used zip ties at the bottom as well, but doing so would’ve left a gap for the leaves to get through. We used a flat washer with a concrete screw in each grommet to attach it to the concrete pad at the bottom. It was stretched very tight before fastening, because after 30 years in the greenhouse business, I knew the importance of tight shade cloth to prevent wear at the fastening points. The key is the tightness so the wind can’t move it.Due to the tightness required it took 2 people to install it.I wanted a windbreak that prevented leaves from blowing in on the west side, and this works great. The day after it was installed it was very windy, and instead of the entire concrete pad being covered in leaves, it was only the far end near the road that had leaves laying on it.

Product arrived with roughly 25% of the mounting grommets folded or crushed. Seemed to be from their folding/packaging process. Fabric is good for privacy but creases from folding seem a bit heat pressed in - also likely from packaging process. Fabric is strong, appears sturdy and durable, and is good looking. Needs to be installed in manner that it will be pulled tight to eliminate wrinkles/creases, summer temps might help this. Also, product was a little bit more than 36" tall, fyi in case you thought finished dimensions might be overstated. Other than grommets and wrinkles the product is still a good buy for the money, would buy again if needed.

The balcony privacy screen from Eden's Decor is the only brand that has the taller heights of 48" and 52" which were necessary to provide us with complete privacy and change our focus to the views of the horizon.I originally ordered the 30" height and attached it to the top and bottom wires on my balcony railings. The privacy screen looked great. However, on that first night I discovered as I sat at my table to eat that I could see between 4" gap from the bottom railing wire and my balcony floor right into my neighbors living room (and they could see me). On my second attempt, neither the 36" height nor the 40" height privacy screens covered this gap completely. It worked out that only the 48" and 52" heights provided complete privacy. This is because my balcony railings are mounted outside the flooring edge. So, I mounted the privacy screens on the outside of the deck railings which allowed them to extend down far enough below the balcony flooring to provide complete privacy (picture1).More importantly to me, the privacy screens "deleted" all the neighbors' homes in the immediate foreground of my field of vision (picture2); thus, providing us with a new focus point--the stellar view of the horizon (picture3).Eden's Decor provided exceptional customer service and patience during this entire process. For example, during the course of this project, USPS lost one of the shipments with four screens. Eden's Decor responded quickly when the shipping mishap was discovered; they shipped replacements for the four items lost by USPS at no additional charge to me. Secondly, they provided timely refunds on the products that I returned.In short, the Eden's Decor privacy screen was the only brand tall enough to do the job of covering that bottom gap from the lowest rail to the floor which provided pure privacy. Plus they look great!
