Sætre Bixit Original - Finest Norwegian Traditional Biscuits / Cookies (11 ounces), Product of Norway

I first had these in a Norwegian airport and they are great, crunchy and not sweet. They are difficult to find in the US and since COVID 19 impossible. Even though the price is high, the flavor is worth it. I consider it a treat and I'm rationing myself to one a day.

We initially tried these in Norway last winter and loved them. Found them on Amazon but a bit pricey. Still loved the taste.

I had these in Norway and absolutely loved them.Scoured the Scandinavian shops all over the U.S. to find.I managed to get 5 pigs, but that was it.I dont know why the scarcity, but these are delicious.I switched to Annie's Ginger cookies which are totally different, but still good.

We visited Norway in 2017 and loved Bixit. They were in every convenience store and were very inexpensive. Here the price seems high but, what can you do, they just aren't readily available in the states. The main problem with this purchase was that the cookies, which are wrapped in a paper wrapper, were shipped in a fragile yellow paper bubble mailer. Our product arrived filled with crumbled cookies. Sad. The Bixits are a 5 star. The shipping a 1 star. For an overall 3 star rating.

I love these biscuits! Sadly they came all crumbled up. I’ll buy from another seller in the future - I have in the past without issue.

I ordered these for my nephew because he had lived in Norway. Told him the vendor had said they may come broken, but he shared they were mostly intact. Thanks!

Awesome cookies.Used them for a project at work. A Norwegian Christmas. A little pricey for a roll of cookies - but yummy :)
