I used this book to prepare for the standardized French exam, which was required for the graduate program I was in. I couldn't read a word of French, but after using this text I scored on the 99th percentile. I credit this book (and some determination) in my obtaining such a high score. I highly recommend it if you want to become fluent in READING French.
