Good product. I have tried them all. Just got this and another Korean one with vitamin C. So far they both sucked the life out of a cystic zit. I’m 56 and have hormonal acne.

These are absolutely amazing. I had a pimple starting that was deep, red, and hurt. I put this on it and within eight hours the swelling and redness was gone, and the pimple was small in size; I was amazed. This is now my go to when it comes to deep and painful acne that you just know is going to stick around for weeks after it reached the surface. My only problem is there are only four patches! Now when I get hormonal acne I have several, and with only four patches I can use them in one swoop. This means that using these are expensive and I have to almost "stock up" to have these when I need them, or to treat the pimples that are forming. If you have tried everything to get rid of newly formed pimples, I say order these right now, but be aware you are only getting four patches, so you may have to order a few to keep ahead of breakouts. These are absolutely worth the price, and after using them I didn't even have a mark from where the pimple was; as someone that suffers from hyperpigmentation this is huge.

I used it for 3 nights in a row but my acne didn't seem to go away much. And I used it on an easier-type of acne (not the stubborn cystic hormonal ones). I think it kinda helped but was not the full and immediate effect I was hoping for.

These didnt work for me for very "underground" acne. Also the "needles" dissolve after a few minutes - I dont feel they do as much as they are suppose to. There are others out there for less money that most likely do the same thing.

Not the best microneedle patches I have used. It took 4 to get rid of one zit, where other patches would have gotten rid of it in 2. Also, the step one cleanser pads are lethal. As soon as you take it out of the packaging, the scent burns your eyes and nostrils. Overall, they're not worth the price.

Used it for a cystic acne that I knew was coming up, and it went down significantly the next day and it eventually went away. Will need to try more later when I get more (eventually and unfortunately), but so far so good! Wish they were cheaper though, they are quite pricey.

I like that this comes with the antiseptic wipes to use before placing the microneedle patch on your skin. It really works and reduces the size of blemishes overnight!

Great little patch for a swollen cystic pimple. Definitely see a reduction of inflammation overnight. Would recommend it. I don’t use it more than one night in a row, but it definitely jump starts the healing!
