Hunza Organic Black Beluga Lentils (2-lbs)

The best lentils. I soak these overnight if I have time but they turn out great either way. Far yummier than green lentils too! @mushroomstew

My hobby, Vegan Chef. These lentils do not turn green, and they are great for making veggie crumbles for veggie spaghetti sauce pizza topping, and tacos. I mix with ground organic walnuts. They do not have to be soaked, but I always soak for 1 hour in just enough water to cover, and add to the water garlic powder, Italian herbs, or taco seasoning. I always season the water when cooking, it takes the flavor of the food to another level. Excellent source of high protein. I make enough to freeze for two additional meals. When thawed, they are not mushy. Will purchase again.

I was inspired to eat more lentils by Bryan Johnson's project blueprint. I love the quality of these than that the organi. also I was surprised that they were smaller than lentils I'm used to I actually really like the texture and they cooked a little faster because they're smaller. Creamy and great taste. They hold up well in the fridge.

These are a great product! I love using them in various dishes/meals as they taste great and are healthy for me. Plus I am getting a great source of alternative protein! As I have aged I have gravitated away from meat as my main source of protein and I’m glad I found these tasty Hunza ORGANIC Black Beluga Lentils. Best of all they are Organic which is a biggy for me as I am immune compromised.

As soon as the hit heated water/heat they lose their color, not sure what that’s about but it is one reason why I bought them.

Game changer! Just don't cook until too soft. Leave some bite. AMAZING product! My entire opinion lentils has changed. I liked them before...I LOVE them now! Other brands don't hold up to these. Pricey, but worth every penny to me. I am very grateful for this product. Grate for salads, sides, main courses...YUM!

Healthiest, highest fiber, highest protein, greatest longevity… Better than any animal substance… Go no farther. Period.
