DC Men's Trase Tx Skate Shoe

Overview: Very stylish shoes. Pros: Fairly inexpensive shoes from a reputable brand. They are very stylish and fit exactly as expected. The colors look great, and the laces are the perfect length so that they don't hang too low and get stepped on. I wear them without socks, which is perfectly fine and comfortable with these shoes, but they would probably look good with ankle socks as well. They shipped in only two or three days even though I selected Free 5-7 day shipping, which was a great surprise. Cons: Haven't found any yet, but I've had them less than a week. I'll edit this if I run into any. 5/5, happy with this purchase.

These shoes are great! Way more affordable than vans for pretty much the same exact thing besides the brand. And it's not as if dc is a target or walmart brand. They're a highly reputable skateboard shoe company. Anyways my word of advice is for these laced shoes get a half size bigger. I'm a 10.5 and an 11 fit me perfectly. However, for the slip on dc sneakers get a full size up. 10.5 and an 11 were too tight. Settled on 11.5 for the slip ons and felt like a pair of 10.5's and was perfect.

I like these shoes but it took a few days to get use to. They are a good size but narrow around the wide part of your foot. I wore bigger socks because its winter so after breaking them in they loosened up some. I can wear them comfortably now but before I thought i'd have to return them.

I accidentally bought a size half too small. These are definitely the shoes that I love to buy for everyday walking around and for the price that I found them for; I cannot say anything bad. I just bought a 10.5 accidentally thinking that I should go for a "safe" fit. Snug, is definitely how I would describe - I think that next time I will safely buy the size 11.0 US mens because there is not as much toe room as I would comfortably feels is needed to walk around without feeling a little sore at the the end of the day. Next time I (re buy) I will go with a size 11.0 instead. But until this pair is no longer durable - I will enjoy them.

Freaking love these shoes. They fit perfect:) I honestly don't know why others complain. There is NOTHING WRONG with these shoes. It may be because they're so use to the new skate shoes and not the original. There is honestly nothing wrong with these man. Buy your shoe size, and you'll know what I'm talking about.

bought it 2019 , gone in 2025. Youve served me well

I love the style and price of this shoe. Just bought a second pair after wearing out my first one--they lasted over a year wearing them regularly, but I should've replaced them sooner. They fit fine, I don't find them tight at all. My only complaint is that my heel occasionally slips out of these, I had the same problem with my first pair and eventually broke them in to the point it stopped happening. Make sure you relace them and tie them very tight to minimize the slip when they're new. (I got a pair of elastic U-Laces for my new pair and those are actually holding them on much better than the laces they come with did.) Update: An eyelet pulled out of one sneaker after a week or two of wearing them. Both sneakers started splitting where the toe flexes after 3-4 months. I wear these almost daily but it still seems too soon to me. Going to knock off a star and look for something better.
