Good quality, paperback, so many pages,
Did not expect these to be heavy and thick quality... I was surprised when the amazon box was delivered.I was also surprised with the RRP stick on the back at £40 I highly doubt its worth £40 but definitely worth uo to £20.I am amazed and I purchased this because I have been keeping an eye out on anxiety colouring books. As soon as saw this for the right price I had to buy.I would highly recommend these for gifts or to even put at work office.See last picture ive already started colouring.See pictures, I am not paid for this review.

So beautiful, Really the best colouring books!
My first and favourite set of colouring books I've gotten. I'm so Happy with these, they're absolutely gorgeous. I bought a few more colouring books after these (animorphia and the gift of colouring for grown-ups collection) and even though they're nice too, I keep coming back to these books. My favourite one being the Creative Therapy Colouring Book. I find the hints of colour beautiful and they give me somewhere to start since I'm so bad at deciding what colours to start with. I'm an Illustration student and I bought them to help me get more comfortable with colouring and finding out nice relationships between colours, while giving me time to relax after all the project work, and I couldn't be happier. There's such a wide range of designs I'll never get bored. Stunning.

Useful therapy books
I purchased these in order to get some calmness into my life. The books arrived as a four-pack and are very well constructed with excellent quality paper used and strong covers. The books are large format, around A4 size and are ideal for home use (you can get smaller pocket versions to carry around with you). These are indeed very therapeutic and distracting from any day-to-day stresses. The designs are varied and intricate requiring good levels of concentration, which in itself is a real help. These are great for adults and children who have steady hands. I used coloured pencils but felt pen would work just as well. I would recommend these to anyone who is feeling stressed or anxious. I've had these for a few weeks now and found them to be helpful to me. Overall, these are worth a try and at the price-point, good value for money.

Shopping therapy more like!
Bought these on offer during Black Friday sales before Xmas for a bargain price and used as top up presents, was pleasantly surprised when they arrived and I saw the rrp for the individual costs, and then saw these selling in hardcover (these are soft) In a local card shop.. Reaffirmed my smug online shopping choices.Great images and quality paper so no leak through.

Colouring book.
Not exactly what I was expecting. A lot of the pages already have blocks of colour. However, a lit of people seem to like it that way. The book itself is sturdy and well made.

5/5: LOTS of intricate pictures to colour in
Bought these on sale at Christmas for myself and my partner to occasionally enjoy. At the time, I think they were less than £15 for the set of 4. We both enjoyed returning to the joys of colouring in! No longer just for kids, these require precise colouring in. If you get a decent set of pens, you can also make some of the pictures inside look super weird.I'd recommend these under £20 as each book has LOTS of pictures to colour in (all of which are intricate and cool). This probably appeals more to woman, but there are pages which have stuff which would appeal to men too.
