GET SERIOUS Stain, Odor & Pheromone Extractor - 1 32 Oz

I used this at the recommendation of a breeder who said she used it in her cattery.The only issue I have with it is that it leaves an "odd" odor (of course anything smells better than cat pee)that is sort of chemical in nature behind once its dried. I had numerous areas that needed to be addressed, this product says for best results you need to scrub until it foams and then blot it with clean white towel. I'd need to go buy a gross of clean white cloth's to do this, so I went thru areas a bit at a time, scrubbing, blotting - washing towels and repeating. It worked - there were a couple of areas that my cat had left her "mark" mutiple times so it did take two treatments to totally remove odor.The bottle says if there is still product odor left behind that means its working - personally, I'm glad it got rid of the cat urine smell, but the residual smell of the product bothered me so much, that I ended up having to shampoo my rugs with my carpet cleaner along with Bissell Commerical Pet Odor remover to get rid of the "get serious" odor.As for the claim that it keeps cat from returning to remark, kitty has now been given her own enclosure to live in until we can get her in to be spayed.Good product, I prefer Nature's Miracle Just for Cats Urine remover. No scrubbing and is less expensive with no residual odor.

This stuff does what its supposed to do. Which is mainly, getting rid of pet stains/odors. I'm not sure these are entirely gone, but the untrainable dog may be at fault. However, I also tried it on a purple ink stain (also caused by a pet, eating my favorite pen) on light colored carpet, and it took the entire stain out. I was impressed! It also took out some of the very old dirty grease stains my husband tracked on the carpet with his work shoes. I've tried some other cleaners on these stains, and they seemed to work for awhile but the stains always came back. I used Get Serious over three months ago, stains still gone. I definitely recommend this as an all-around good carpet spot cleaner to keep handy.

The picture on Amazon looked like was was going to get a gallon jug plus two smaller bottles. I ordered it thinking wow that is a good price for all those bottles. When I received the box I was disappointed in only one bottle. If the picture showed one bottle I wouldn't of orders it. Shipping was too expensive. I did like the product, my cat will not go near where I cleaned, but she still isn't using her litter box. So now I have to find her new peeing spot.

It did remove old pets stains and returned the carpet to its original color. It would require vast amounts of it to clean the carpet in the entire house. It also worked well on recent food stains. Used it on car upholstery and was amazed how well it performed. No residual stains or discoloration.

I am so happy that I found this product again . it used to be marketed by a well known pet store and about a year ago they decided to discontinue it and my heart literally sank . I had no idea where to find it . I am so happy Amazon is carrying it . It got me through all my puppy training . I still have one dog who has accidents . We are working on it but he was a rescue and you have to be patient with these guys . If you decide to use the product as directed i think you will be as happy as I am . It really works and much better than the product that the large store chain decided to market in its place . it is popular but next to useless . Buy this Get Serious !! I orginally purchased OUT, and I loved it. It smelled amazing and it lasted a long time. I was able to get several uses out of it. After reading all the reviews about this product I could not wait to try it. I've only had it about a week and I am already out. I've only used it a few times. It takes several uses in order to get rid of the smell. When I used OUT it required one use and it smelled amazing. It didn't cover up the odor either, it completely killed the enzymes and left zero urine smell. Do not waste your money on this product. My advice, try OUT. Price ranges for $4.50-$7.00 on here and at Walmart. If you are unsatisified with it then give this a try. Maybe it will work for you.

My weenie dog will pee right in front of the door if you don't get there fast enough to let him out. So I had a nasty stain in front of my patio door from a year of him doing that. I had tried Oxyclean and some other stuff from the store on it periodically, but it would only seem clean for a week or two, then it looked like dirt was sticking to it and the stain would come back even darker. (It's a high traffic area so our shoes were probably adding dirt.) I used this stuff ONE TIME and not only did it completely remove the stain, but all the odor and it helped the texture of the carpet come back from being sort of tampped down and crusty/hard. I felt like it didn't leave any sticky residue behind and the stain didn't come back. I'm really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone!!

I have two dogs. One is a puppy who hasn't quite gotten the hang of the concept of doing her business outside, and the other, while housebroken, tends to express her displeasure on the carpet once in a while. I should also mention that I live in an apartment, and one of the previous residents had a cat, who apparently had a serious grudge against its litter box. I bought this in the hope of making my carpet smell a little less like a bar urinal. I used some of this, and not only does the carpet smell much better, but the spots that I cleaned look like brand new carpet. This stuff is absolutely AMAZING! There are only two down sides to using this product. The first is that now I have to clean the rest of my carpet so it doesn't look like polka dots. The second is the price of the shipping. They charge an arm and a leg! For goodness sakes, please make it Prime eligible!
