Completely Avoidable
Home cooked upma with fresh vegetables is much better than this. Quantity is very less. For this much quantity and calories it is not at all recommended. Wasted money on this.

Looks dood but too bitter!!!
The food item is good and tasty but with one BIG drawback- it is too bitter may be due to high addition of black pepper or chilly. It is surprising that how the company can make it compulsory for consumers to buy such a bitter product. This is my complaint also.Had it been returnable and refundable I would have returned it the same day.Not good on the part of Amazon.
