Nice hefty but not heavy weight - exudes durability and quality. Nicely weighted and well balanced. Well packaged with all the sharp edges protected. Be careful not to put in your hand-carry if shipping/traveling overseas - check it in. Perfect size and quality product.

Use this to good meat off the smokers. I do need to order another one but wanted to see the quality of it first. I will be ordering another one

I got a pair of these carving forks for my new Blackstone gas griddle. I hate a weeny little carving fork. It's dangerous to have something bendable holding a hunk of hot roast or steak to carve. These looked more substantial. I was deeply impressed when I unwrapped them! The triple riveted handles are full tang (the metal for the prongs extends all the way up the handle) so nothing is going anywhere! The handles themselves are high temperature as phenolic covers are generally safe up to 350 degrees of radiant heat. The only caution is exposure of the handle can make them hot to touch where the metal is exposed so watch out for that. Sturdy, safe, and durable, they are also VERY SHARP. I was glad the pointed tips were covered with plastic to avoid poking myself while unwrapping. I don't have to jam the forks to insert into meat and there aren't big, gaping holes to let all the juices run everywhere. These are the items we hand down the generations. Well done, Kakamono Chef!

This fork is very nice for carving, but if you want to use this fork to turn meat while it’s cooking, you may want to pick a fork with curved tines rather than straight times. It was a nicely made knife.

Very nice meat fork, sturdy for heavier roasts or turkeys. The tines are nice and long and the handle allows for a firm grip when lifting a heavy roast or turkey. The materials used to made the product seem to be very high quality.

I need to order another. This is great for serving as in. Brazilian steak house or grabbing a chuck roast out of a pit roast or holding down a skirt steak or NY strip to slice pieces for dinner guests. Love it.

商品の説明には 12 in とありましたが 全長25.5cm で 12 in である 30.48 cm には5cm足りません。 またフォークの部分も 6インチという表記がありましたが、長さが 約5cm ほど短いです。 フォークの長さも 均一ではありませんし、持ち手の金属の部分も 亀裂が入っているなど商品としては微妙です。 気になる方は 購入を控えた方がよろしいかと思います。 返品や交換の手続きが煩わしいですし、これぐらいの値段だったら我慢できなくもないので、今回はこのままにしておきますが、正直 あまり他の方におすすめできる商品 また店舗ではないと思います。

ステーキ肉やローストビーフ、焼豚等に刺して持ち上げる目的で購入。YouTubeでフレンチの三國シェフがステーキフォークを使用しており恰好だけでも真似をしたかったので。 鉄板焼き屋さんで肉を切るときに使用してるフォークは曲がっているタイプですが、この商品はストレートですので肉に刺して持ち上げたり、フォークの部分で挟んで肉を持ち上げて裏側の焼け具合を確認したりする場合に重宝します。 大きな塊の肉だと菜箸で持ち上げるのは困難ですし、トングでも持ち上げるのに苦労することがあります。フォークの先端部分はそれなりにとがっているので肉にスッと突き刺さり簡単に肉を持ち上げることができます。ハンドルの部分も持ちやすく、とても使いやすいです。 つくり自体はしっかりしていますので大満足ですが、全体的な仕上げは高級感がでるような感じではありません。金属部分の磨き上げ具合やハンドルの木の部分が雑といるほどではありませんが高級感はありません。機能的に必要十分で、千円少々で手に入ったことを考えると満足できる商品といえます。
