I also like the fact that there are many used copies available ...
This is the story of the psychologist who healed an entire criminal ward facility of heavily drugged criminal patients - WITHOUT SEEING THEM IN PERSON IN THERAPY!!! THAT IS CORRECT, to the point that the criminal ward was closed after roughly three years. It is a true story, and has been validated by the author and many others. TODAY I have decided I will give a copy of this book to every person I meet. Previously, I was often surprised that this book should come to my attention so frequently. After all, I read many spiritual books, and some are more powerful than this, in their own way. BUT as I have reflected on this, as to why I have gifted this book more than any other, to more people, and why it keeps coming back to me, it is this: It is about the space it holds. The simplicity of its message is one thing, and parts of it may be refuted. It is really about what is in it, "the energy", so to speak. And its message of healing, in its simplicity, is needed on a very very very large scale for all people. This is why I have gifted this book more than any other, and today decided to gift it to everyone I know, beginning at least with those with whom I have frequent contact. I also like the fact that there are many used copies available for circulation in hard-copy, even at a lower price, and it is carried in many used bookstores, libraries, etc... Makes it easier to gift it more often, and recommend it to more people. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO. People really need a lot of healing, and this gets at it from a very deep and unique angle. And watch everything offered by Dr. Hew Len, the psychologist and Kahuna practitioner. There are many free videos and materials available. I am not a follower per-say, and I do not think it is necessary to attend and follow a method. Over the years, I have learned, especially with spiritual healing modalities, you can truly receive the gist and core-essence of some teachings and teachers, even better from afar than in person, since personalities COULD get in the way. However, to each their own, as some many need to actually attend the various workshops, spend the money, and participate with others, in order to appreciate its depth. The most important thing is to deepen the practice, and recognize how it continues to work in you and on you, and what keeps arising as you do. Make it a journey of discovery. You may not need to take it in the "money" direction per-say, although you could if there is a need. Again, it is what Dr. Hew Len carries that makes this book important, and Joe Vitale was just the right person as a first-encounter witness to this process. So this book is co-authored by Hew Len, and although it is very different from other works of Joe Vitale --in a sense-- I do appreciate Vitale's innocence and manner of writing in this book. Having picked up his other books after reading this, I do not feel the same vibe at all, although "At Zero" gives a good look at Hew Len's teacher, a female "Treasure" of Hawaii --so I appreciate that one too. But I am not a big fan of money enterprises, and usually am not attracted to most of their books in general. I would title this book rather something like, "The Truth of Repentance and Forgiveness". That speaks more to the message of the book than the given title, in my discoveries of-course. But why not, you can slap a wealth token on it if you want, for better profits! But then again who knows what might have happened if it was entitled "The Truth of Repentance and Forgiveness". Just being simple and to the point. Thank you -A Friend.

Truly the MOST important book of our time.
Zerolimits is the goal as it is the challenge in reality creation. This highly valuable resource teaches the most fundamental elements of balancing the mind, body and spirit with the very soul of each of us in our quest for creating peace and equanimity on our beloved home planet. It's simplicity and efficacy cannot be easily understood, as its teachings indicate that four simple statements; "I'm Sorry". "Please Forgive Me". "I Love You"., and "Thank You". could possibly be all that is required to heal our ailing civilization. Yet in the eloquently detailed yet concise pages of this epocal tome, are the very mantras that could, in fact, bring our world from the brink of extinction back to the Garden before the Fall. "Cleaning" the imprints of our collective memories as a species is the core of Ho'oponopono, the ancient Hawaiian wisdom teaching gifted to the world afresh by Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, PhD, and Dr. Joe Vitale of The Secret fame. These two seemingly oddly paired metaphysicians bring together the precepts of 100% ownership of all experience and the creations of every soul on this globe as the key to finding harmony and balance in a world fraught with injustice, inequality and division so deeply in need of love, accceptance, transformation and peace. This is so because we create our reality in its entirey and must claim ownership of every iota of expression that comes across our perceptive screens. All of these qualities, states of being and so much more are the natural consequences of "Cleaning" with Ho'oponopono's four statements offered by Dr. Hew Len and Dr. Joe Vitale. If you choose to read this revelatory book, be sure to keep plenty of tissues or handkerchiefs- even better- on hand. You'll need them again and again as you delve more deeply into what 100% ownership actually means as delivered in this soon to be number one bestseller. You can truly live your life with zero limits! Get your copy today! You'll want to get extras for all those in your life that you love...and those you have yet to realize that you love. I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. Clean, clean clean!

Caveat Emptor
Joe Vitale, Mr. Lightening Rod, has done it yet again. He has both his champions and his critics zapping away at his latest book. Joe has to be smiling all the way to the bank knowing full well that controversy sells books. (This is the guy who wrote a book on PT Barnum!) Let there be no mistake about it. Purists will find much to not like about this book. The book is not deep with ideas or scientific proof. And, it is does serve as a lead generator for Joe's various ventures. Oh, and who will not chuckle at the dichotomy of Joe's search for personal peace while seemingly so honoring materialism. That disclaimer aside, I thoroughly enjoyed the book. Joe is perhaps most respected for his "hypnotic writing." And, this was a great example of just how skilled he is at writing copy/books that are very engaging. His use of the style of a journey of exploration, written almost like a good mystery, was a very effective way of communicating self-help info. Others have effectively used parables; the use of the mystery style was an enjoyable and very effective style change from the norm. But, what I enjoyed most was the simplicity of the message. Sometimes simpler really is better. Too many writers confuse verbose with profound. The profound for me was a reminder of just how far I still am from accepting that I am "100% responsible for all I experience." Now, if you are one of the few among us who truly does not ever find fault with others or blame circumstances for disappointments, you will likely not find value in this book. But, for me, and I expect many others, this book serves as a powerful reminder that peace comes from totally letting go of blame, fault finding, and the like. Clearly, not a new thought. But, one that many of us need periodically reinforced. If this book brings some introspection and realignment with regard to just that one point then it could be for you, as it was for me, well worth the investment. The ultimate caveat emptor disclaimer comes from Joe, himself, half way through the book. "...I write books to awaken people, or to be exact, to awaken ME." Looking for some self-proclaimed, all knowing guru, this is not the book. Ready for a platform of self-discovery, through the prism of a wise person on a journey, you will enjoy this book. PS Personal note to the author (Joe Vitale)...knowing how sensitive you are to the critics, please accept my gratitude for writing this book. I gave the book "only" a four star rating as I am confident your best self-help book is yet to come and I want to save the fifth star to honor you when that book is written. Peace, true deep peace, be with you. Hoping that our paths cross on the road to peace.

Original and powerful
I must have read hundreds of psychology, personal growth and spirituality books over the years. This one is ground breaking. There is not a wealth of evidence or lived examples to support the account of Dr Hew, a Hawaian Psychologist who claims to have been instrumental in emptying a secure ward in a Hawaiin Psychiatric institution. Not through intensive therapy or a new wonder drug but through simply changing his mind set. It is written by a disciple of his, Joe Vitale who has a few testimonial stories of his own to provide credibility. But this is otherwise a still relatively unknown name in personal growth and self development circles, certainly in Australia. I have worked on secure Psychiatric wards and would love to see this guy in action - he is a clinical psychologist but uses a very different approach to relate therapeutically to his patients and staff, just by being present. His revolutionary approach consists of four phrases which he repeats internally to cleanse or 'clean' his own psyche and the relational psychic space created between people. This is to be used everyone, victim and victimised, in order to clean and remove toxic or destructive energy. These phrase are not magic, they are not psycho babble or jargon. They words are in common use in the English language but not used as often as we may think: I love you I'm sorry Please forgive me Thank you With these 4 phrases , the basis of Ho'opono'opono an ancient Hawaiin spiritual practice, Dr Hew believes the world can be changed . They are more an attitude of mind than spoken words. They are spoken silently to oneself and directed to others. My own personal experience of this practice has been challenging, but when I remember to do it, in the most difficult circumstances, it creates peace and allows me to let go of grievances. It should come with a warning though- it is by far one of the most difficult spiritual practices I have ever attempted to master in circumstances of extreme stress and personal conflict- try it next time some hoon cuts you up in traffic :-) It is a form of prayer, reflecting many prayers from different spiritual traditions, even the Lord's Prayer , and as an attitude of mind, if we could master this, I do believe we could change the world.

CeePort to all
WOW. devoured this book in 2 sittings. Based on past study of Tibetan Buddhism and SRF the world view of this book hit me in the sweet spot. I am looking to implement this practice as part of my daily life comprehensively. Clean erase erase Port (read the book you'll see what this means!) is me every waking moment. So disappointed Dr. Hew Len has passed as would've loved to have attended one of his seminars. Peace of I to all
