After three days, the red/green light started blinking both red and green. This error is not documented. There is nothing in the manual about how to get help.Bad product. Bad documentation. Bad support. The only way this product could be worse is to blow up.And I'm waiting for THAT to happen.

Piece of JUNK! Stopped working after 4 weeks. When I checked to see if I could return it, it said it wasnt eligible for return. Unless this can be remedied, it's a waste of money.
